The room was good for what little time we spent in it, the bathroom was huge!!

The booking stated that there was a sofa bed when their wasn't it was a chair so that was an issue. Checked in & nobody really explained anything or gave us any paperwork for the room. The guy who checked us in basically pointed in the general direction of where the room would be located so that took some time to figure out but for the Price you can't beat it since we were only there for 1 night for a Concert. We also liked that check out was @ 12 & that the building was locked unless you had a key card to get in.

I really liked the shuttle driver, je was courteous, the front desk ladies friendly and respectful and jovial, the lady in the breakfast area Saturday she was polite. The convenience to the airport

That you didn't serve breakfast. Wanted a bed and breakfast booking and it was expensive.

You can walk to many places around the area. Its convenient to so many places. Also liked the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from hotel to airport.

The hallways looked a little old and carpet in rooms can be upgraded to wood flooring. No microwave.

Some Rooms and the hall looked outdated. I saw staff cleaning so that is not the problem. The place was clean. It just need renovation. I heard that was happening in other wing I think.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel. We were in town for a church conference at the conference center, and we were able to move back and forth smoothly. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, play, and take in some of the sites if you like. I am a coffee drinker so having access to the Starbucks in the lobby was a plus. Dulles airport was just a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel and a shuttle is offered. I truly enjoyed the view from the balcony also. So relaxing in the evening.

Be prepared for lots of traffic as to be expected in northern Virginia.

The place is quite, the beds are comfy

Wish the lighting system to be upgraded, also it will be better to add bidet spray to all toilets, it's great and cheap

I loved how close it was to my event and the indoor patio section.

I didn’t like how they only had 1 ice machine down a long hallway and that the pool was closed in the beginning of august.

very accomodating staff with individual needs and questions i had. from servicing coffee machine to weight scale for my airline suitcase, to free and very good shuttle service and driver. this is not a 5-star luxury facility but it is highly functional and dependable and that is the most important thing when you travel and need help.

the interior colors are dreary and grey everywhere particularly in the rooms.

Rooms are dated. A refresh is in order. Otherwise it was fine and centrally located.
