The facility was clean. The staff was nice to us and did alliwvus to stay a bit longer as we had a night flight to Asia. I have seen better physical plants for the Hampton name; however, it was a little over average and could be updated. It appeared nicer outside than inside. Overall, I'm not sure if I would stay there again. An hour prior to breakfast ending most of the fod had run out and staff advised that they were waiting on the manager to bring replacement; however, he did not. Many people missed opportunities for breakfast because they came in last hour of session closing. This was not right.

Breakfast was awesome. They need more waffle irons. I loved how attentive the staff was. I enjoyed the text that I received to check in on how our stay was going. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, and would happily do this again.

I had 2 nights at this hotel the TV was out from Saturday morning I checked out on Sunday still was out never heard from anyone what was going on until we called downtown stairs they continued to tell us they was working on it when we checked out I asked the young lady was they going to do any thing about it she said no they wasn’t going to give a discount or anything I think it should have or points but don’t let us be in your hotel and we don’t have no tv but you have your computer working don’t make to much sense to me so yes I was disappointed because I am a honors member

Staff, especially Jonesy, were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Was able to get directions to get gas and they were spot on and easy to follow. Jonesy was personable at check-in and we compared notes about Michigan and traveling to and from. He was funny and nice after a very long day!

Breakfast wasn't as hot as it could have been, especially the potatoes. Renovations were in process, but we were given a heads up about the water issue, and it didn't affect me at all.

The pool was small, but had large windows to look out and a nice atmosphere. The gym was also nice with a water station, good lighting and lots of extra towels stocked.

Staff on arrival seemed annoyed they had a line of 3 people to check in even when I was the one waiting 10 minutes. Check out staff were happy and personable. The breakfast looked MUCH better in pictures and includeduded fresh smoothies, which we were excited for. Instead, it was another basic spread or make your own waffles, cereal, and bland eggs. 😕 Beds were not very comfortable, too firm. It was overpriced for what they offer.

Clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the Capitol where my niece was working. Housekeeping provided upon request. They did an Excellent job in the room. I felt safe & secure the entire time. Outstanding community feel location, close to restaurants with a short wait for dinner, but very close to DC. I definitely plan to stay here again. Free parking. Many perks you cannot find in DC for anywhere close to this price.

Only 1 washer & dryer for this huge hotel. Very inconvenient. My "king suite" was NOT roomy at all. Nothing but a regular size room. Don't call it a suite. The picture on line was completely different. I am sure I am not the 1st person to call them out on this. When I asked to upgrade, they stated there were no other rooms available. This is deceptive advertising for sure.

I liked the room, the staff and the location.

I thought the breakfast could be a bit better. Also, the TV could have better functionality. For example, when you pull up the 'guide' function on the remote, it lists the channels but not what is playing on the channels. That was a bit frustrating. You had to click on the channel, usually sit through a bunch of commericals before getting to see what that actual show on that channel was. Nitpicking, I know...but I found it frustrating.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location near Dulles and the Udvar-Hazy Center was the reason we chose to stay at this particular hotel and it was convenient for both locations. Since we had a 6pm flight we were able to have breakfast at the hotel which was included, collect our belongings, and get to the museum before it opened at 10am. We spent four hours at the museum and were able to return our rental car and take shuttle bus to Dulles with plenty of time to catch our flight.

It was in a good area. Good selection of breakfast and coffee/hot chocolate. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Had good water pressure as well in the showers. Liked the late check out since our flight was later.

The construction was a little noisy. It was $150 for a night and we were up early from some banging from the construction almost as if they were in the room right beside us.

Check In process was terrible with one of the staff members @ the front desk. We called front desk a head of time and given all the names of the party who's staying in the hotel and we booked 2 rooms and front desk receptionist could not found the booking and we had to wait for almost an hour to check in , though we were already late check in and added 1 more hour at front desk was not friendly and we were with infant and it was very incontinent and horrible experiences
