All the rooms are in the process of being renovated. Ours hadn't been done yet but it was nice and comfortable. Shuttle to/from airport and breakfast were key reasons for stay. Breakfast was okay, coffee was very good. Staff was very friendly. After a long day of traveling, it was nice to have a calm reassuring voice on the phone when I called for the shuttle (Paula). Ate at Backyard Grill and Chateau de Chantilly which were very good and short walks.

Wish the pool was open. Since it was indoors, I expected it to be open but it was closed as part of their reservations. Due to the government shutdown, our plans were canceled, would have been nice to sit by the pool to relax.

Functionally the same as a room I would otherwise have paid almost twice as much for, at a Marriott or a Hilton, for example... I am less likely to go somewhere more expensive in the future. Comfort Suites is a great value! 🙂

Cleanliness was not as pristine as, say, a Marriott or a Hilton, but... I paid about half the price, and got functionally the same room and environment, so... why would I go back to paying double again when I can stay here, and it is not any less clean than my own home, anyway, right??? Otherwise, perhaps staff was not as overly bubbly as staff would have been at the aforementioned competition... but, they were 'real' with me, so, nothing really wrong with that, either, as far as I'm concerned. Next time I stay in the area, I'll be staying here again in all likelihood!

The free breakfast was much more than I expected. The breakfast bar was maintained and fresh. I really appreciated having that right there ready to go. Very convenient. The hotel was maxed out and there was still plenty!

Didn't get a chance to use the pool because of getting there late overlapping a scheduled chlorine treatment, but that's okay. Though a late night swim is the funnest thing about a hotel with an indoor pool. I also really did not like the orange mercury bulb lighting at the pool. It would have been much more inviting with some daylight bulbs.

I loved how convenient the location was and the staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfast variety! Loved the rooms, bed were super comfortable and the shower/tub was plenty large.

Only negative interaction was with other guests being loud in the lobby at 11pm. They were being inconsiderate in the pool area prior, using all of the towels and shoving eachother in the pool loudly. Although they were only loud in the lobby and quiet in their rooms all night luckily.

It was a great experience... The place is clean and quiet, the area is beautiful and everything is available around it... The staff are very nice... I would like to thank the employee Tony, he helped us a lot during our stay at the hotel, he is very nice and loves to help people.

The hotel is clean and in good location. Everything that you may need you can find in that area of the hotel. The shuttle diver Mr. Tony picked me up from airport . He is nice and welling to help.

Size of room.

Rust in tub, shower curtain not good, water kept running down side and onto floor. No grab bar to assist in getting in/out of shower. Would help if shower head was longer. Lights could be brighter. Carpet needs cleaned. Parking lot should be repaved, lots of pot holes.

We went to the Super Smash con event, since this hotel was approved by the Venue. Transportation to Dulles Expo Center was included. The day we arrived a nice lady at the reception told us that we could request transportation to the venue. Next day a not very nice receptionist told us we were mistaken, I let her know that the Venue had discount and transportation but she was rude and told us we’re wrong

Lots of shops restaurants nearby. Large room. Complimentary breakfast. Fridge/microwave in room.

Our room needed some decorative attention, wallpaper peeling, odds and ends needed attention. Air con noisy. Overall though this didn't impact our stay.

Got here early so it would have been nice if I could have at least got to. My keys. I told them I was not going to the room but they would not check me in.
