The rest were great EXCEPT the lady in the lobby breakfast. We stayed there for 5 days ( we didnt see her today) Bet 7/5-7/9 breakfast hours, she never greet us, she is slamming everything ( cabinet, serving spoons etc) like she dont want us to eat ( which we paid for it) she look mad and not a single day that she did show customer service approach. Someone dropped something and she said “omg! “ And talk to someone in their language ( not English, sounds like hispanic/puerto Rican) On our first day, I asked assistance on the pancake dispenser and she sounded irritated and mad. We never enjoyed our breakfast due to her , she watches us when we are grabbing food with no emotions. The rest were great! Front desk were awesome and accommodating esp the Day shifts staff.

The breakfast was very good. They started on time. The parking was easy. Though there was an extra cost for parking I was not expecting. Staff was personable and professional. Will stay there in future.

Having to pay for parking. Although I thought hotel fee was not outrageous, it was still high and I thought parking was included. I've stayed there before and parking was included. Ice machine on my floor was out of order. Although working on other floors and worked well.

My name was on TV welcoming me 🤪 The room was nice and big ☺️ The bed was comfortable and my husband and I slept very well ☺️ The bathroom was spacious ☺️ Breakfast was served from 6am-10am and it was the normal eggs, muffins, cereal, fruit (banana and apples) sausage, potatoes with peppers, yogurt, bagel and to drink they had OJ, water, apple juice and cranberry juice.... Oh and they had a waffle maker

The pool was cold 😂🤷🏾‍♀️

hot breakfast. heated pool. free washer and dryer use. only a $25 per stay deposit. friendly and helpful staff. grocery stores, restaurants and a liquor store close by. 300 cable channels. 15 minutes from The National Mall. $10 a night parking fee. These are all the questions I had when I was booking hotels. So I thought I would save someone else some trouble. 😁 Your welcome 😂🤣

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and everything functioned properly. The hotel appeared to be well run.

I think this is a problem for the entire chain and not necessarily this hotel. I requested room service change out our towels, take out the trash and refresh the bed sheets. No one ever came to the room until the day we were departing. The maid came at 0800 to see if we were gone yet. Luckily we were up already otherwise I would have gone to the door sleepy-eyed.

I love everything and it’s beautiful but it’s on how much they charge for the parking especially in the past they never charged for parking but now they do but it’s a really beautiful place to stay when traveling around

The pool area and breakfast were great. We were able to get a good breakfast before we went out on our adventures. The hotel is pretty centrally located for the things we wanted to do. They just happened to be working on the nearest metro stop so we were bussed to a different one. Nothing to do with the hotel it just made it harder to get places.

Room service just on request and when the room was cleaned there was still trash and towels left scattered around. When I booked the price was less than what I paid. I was told we were upgraded to a king suite for free because they were out of king rooms but my bill compared to the other room was $250 more expensive. We could have just had a standard room.

We loved the free and easy parking, which in this area is hard to come by. The breakfast was great and the pool enjoyable. Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds.

The water for the tea was always cold in the breakfast area, so they always had to go in the back and get me more hot water. This was both in the morning at breakfast and in the evening in the lobby.

what we expected. comfortable and appointed well enough, though towel racks are essential. so is fresh air.

HILTON properties MUST make password protected secure wifi available to guests! the windows did not open and there was no fan in the bathroom. towel racks - please!!!

Breakfast room was clean, well stocked by staff, spacious and airy. Breakfast foods were better than normal.

Booking.com should have told me that I would not get Hilton Honors points if I booked through Booking.com. Booking.com should also have told me that a $10/day parking fee would be applied.
