I stayed at this hotel in Arlington and found it exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The room included a spacious kitchenette, which added convenience to my visit. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, providing easy access to downtown Washington, D.C. It’s also close to major landmarks like the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. For the area, the hotel offers good value for money, especially compared to typical Washington, D.C. prices. A solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

One minor downside was the noise from the air conditioning unit, which could be a bit distracting at night. However, this didn’t significantly impact the overall comfort of my stay.

The only thing I didn’t like I had teenaged in the apartment next to me that was loud it was more than 10 people they were having a party. I thought that was against the rule. I had to knock on the door several times to turn the noise down. There is no staff that can do anything about it. It seems to be really live on the weekends. All night it’s nothing but noise until 4 in the morning

Prime location, close to Ballston common mall and 5-10 min walk to great food court and restaurants. I stayed one night to meet my friends for dinner and wished I had business to stay here longer. When I checked in, the receptionist gave me a free upgrade! I said I did not need it as I was only one traveling but he insisted that I should have a bigger room in case my son visited. (I was in the U.S. for his event) As my flight was late in the evening, they held my luggage for me at the store room. Really nice people and great service! Highly recommend!

The gym was exceptional, the room had an attractive design with very comfortable bedding. Staff were very friendly and helpful, letting us leave our luggage in storage after checkout while we went to lunch, waiting for our flight. It was a 10 minute walk from the metro line, so easy to get downtown. The area in general was clean, friendly with good local restaurants.

There were no blackout curtains, and the supply of coffee was a little sparse.

Accommodation is ideally located to explore Arlington and Washington DC. Hosts were so helpful. Amazing restaurants nearby.

Host offered check out time at 12pm instead of 11am, but seems the cleaning staff was not updated of this. Thus from 11 to 12 I had 3 people every 15mins knocking on the door asking if I'm checking out. Each time I explained the front desk had offered this to me the evening before and I had till 12. This was very inconvenient disruptive final packing for the airport.

I liked our ability to cook our own breakfast. This is basically a bed-sit with a small but full kitchen. It met our needs while our extended family gathered in Arlington for the Thanksgiving holiday. The parking garage was a nice convenience as well as affordable

The room was large enough to accommodate a table and a couple of chairs but these were not provided. Instead there were 2 chairs that afforded sitting at the kitchen bar. This arrangement was too close to the bed to be convenient, given the unused space in the rest of the room.

The staff were friendly and professional. They were helpful. We were able to ge coffee, clean towels. The kitchen utensils were clean. The kitchen was clean. The rooms were quiet. The guests were also courteous. All in all a pleasant place to stay. The elevators were functional and fast.

The coffee machine was clogged and I needed to run a clean water cycle to get it to work initially. The drier did not work at all. Kept giving error message for cleaning the filter even when both filters were clean.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, equipped kitchen, loads of closet space, even a washer and dryer! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Housekeeping came in only once a week. I didn't mind keeping the space clean, but it would have been easier if a broom and pan had been provided. The space seemed designed for a much taller person; I had trouble reaching the kitchen shelves and closing the blinds completely in the bedroom. I bought a cheap stepstool at the nearby Target, and this solved my problem.

The shower is stronger than a firehose. Water splashes everywhere and the wall opposite to the shower head already suffers from all the water - peeling paint. Door lock felt flimsy. Maybe it was just 805. if you plan to cook, bring all consumables, even salt and pepper.

We noticed that the parking was free on the booking site, but upon receiving information at the hotel registration form, we saw that it was chargeable, which we didn't appreciate. We were concerned about facing a parking issue. However, when we arrived, the lady at the reception assisted us with the parking, and we were able to park our car for free.
