Room was updated and very clean. No carpeting on the room floors, which I love, more sanitary. The bedding appeared to be new and was very nice to the touch. The pillows were fluffy and comfy. I like the self-dispense soap and shampoo units in the shower. The staff, all of the staff, were very friendly and helpful. It's been a long time since I've interacted with such pleasant and caring hospitality staff.

I wish they had a microwave in the room, but they do have one for use in the community breakfast area off the lobby.

Excellent experience at Red Roof. It appears that the hotel and the rooms have been updated and renovated completely. Very comfortable mattress, no weird smells, super clean and well maintained as well as quiet rooms. We checked in at 9 PM and the staff was super courteous. Breakfast options were ok and just enough to tie you over for a real one later on, but it it appreciated. Plenty of parking and close to town, wineries and breweries. AC is not as loud as other hotels we’ve been. Very happy.

We were traveling from out of state for a 5pm Friday wedding and were hoping to check in earlier than the 4pm time . I called the hotel in the morning as we were leaving and requested the earlier check in in order to prepare for the wedding , if possible. Although the front desk staff person could not guarantee the room would be ready he understood my request and made a note of it . Fortunately, we were able to check in at 3 pm so we didn’t have to stress about being late to the wedding. Appreciated their sensitivity to the situation .

Room and hotel were dated , but our stay was extremely short so didn’t impact us greatly.

It was clean and good location. Close to 7 and easy to find. Very nice 😊 price is decent and I will probably use again. Stuff is friendly and nice. My room was water on the floor so when I told them they switch the room immediately. Thank you.

I use shower and a hot water and cold water mark was backwards lol I had to figure it out lol 😂 hopefully they fix that problem soon. Otherwise nothing. it’s really good location though parking is decent.

Perfectly clean, friendly staff, very spacious room, comfortable beds. The location is super close to downtown Leesburg (which is adorable) and Premium Outlets. The empty fridge and ice bucket were very useful, since we were on a road trip so we could cool the soda we brought from home overnight.

The breakfast was very basic, only bread and bagel to toast. Quality bagels, though.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile from all staff, the lobby, the hallways, and room was very clean.. almost to much for a motel but exceptional. The room was perfect size, bed was comfy, tv had plenty of options, bathroom was clean and shower was refreshing with good pressure. I had a queen suite, fridge, couch and coffee table.. it was perfect for my stay. I highly recommend this as an option if you are staying in the area.

I would maybe just like to see more breakfast options. Only enhancements I would recommend. Breakfast was decent.. Bagels and cereals.. but bacon and eggs would make your location just that much better. 🤔

Staff was very friendly. It was in a convenient location. Despite how busy the area is, the hotel was very quiet.

I could feel the springs in the mattress poking through. I actually got out and looked. Not only could I feel them on the surface, but I could actually see the coils as well.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and informative with lots of information about local restaurants within walking distance. Close to the highway and easy to find.

The continental breakfast was less than hoped for, and the coffee was worse.

They have done some improvements to the property since my last stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. When you compare the prices, their pet policy always beats nearby hotels.

Everything was great for the price. Easy location and accessible. The coffee bar was the best in the morning. Also being pet friendly is the only reason I stayed there. I liked the vending machines

The beds were a little off, I’m a big guy and need a better bed but it was ok.
