THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, KIND AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. The buffet breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. The location was good. We liked the large breakfast/get-to-gether room and the two-way fireplace very much. The bathroom and shower were very nice and well done. The bed was comfortable.

The heater constantly and loudly went on and off. It was very noisey and woke us up in the middle of the night, until we had to turn the thermostat down below 69 degrees for it not to go on and off. The room was not very well sound proofed, we could hear everything going on in the hallway. We were not given enough towels. The days we were there, the hot egg dishes were all spicey style. There should be some plain scrambled eggs/eggs with cheese for those of us who cannot eat spicey foods.

Quiet location away from major streets. Good parking and easy access to the location I needed to attend for business. Very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Good standard Hampton breakfast. We booked this room after checking in to a downtown "inn" that was a disaster. After numerous stays at Hamptons, we were very happy to get the standard Hampton experience after booking into the "historic" property.

The property was undergoing some renovations, but really it hardly detracted from our brief.

First night we had a barking dog, but we complained to the front desk, and the issue was resolved. The small tv was terrible for the distance of the bed and tv and the couch. TV was out dated, so we were unable to connect to our Fubo TV channels like we are with other hotels. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a back ache every morning. Soap in the bathroom was empty. Thats something that should be checked when the cleaning is done. we also saw a few ants on the coffee table near the sofa.

Clean and quiet. Really impressive shower and bathroom. Liked the natural ingredient soaps/shampoo/conditioner/lotion provided!

Navigating there was tricky! Missed the exit and had to loop around in a strange pattern. Fine once we found it!

There was no list of TV channels and the charger was slow..

Close to my family.

Outdated and the beds were hard as rocks. The mirror in the bathroom was so low all I could see was my stomach snd it took an hour for the water to get hot.

Breakfast was tasty! Location was fine - needed a car but there was good food just down the road. Room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff were very helpful (Rosa and Thomas).

The room was excellent. The staff was very helpful and responsive to all my requests. The included hot breakfast was very good. I can easily recommend this facility to all travelers.

A lower price would be nice, although I didn't consider it prohibitively expensive.

clean, good breakfast choices, very comfortable beds, pool and especially having a hot tub… and pool/hot tub area immaculately clean and water was crystal clear indicating proper chemical balance, and water was a really nice temperature

pulling up to see fire engines with lights flashing…we weren’t sure if we would actually be able to check in or would need to scramble to make other arrangements!

The Staff was great. Great staff all of them , esp. the male manager . Nice friendly staff including the utilities guy. Very polite friendly. Good humans.

The facility was old. , old AC system bathroom 70’s style old , rooms nothing to please the eye. You need a nice renovation. Hilton needs to step up. The bathroom everything is old vanity , tub, toilet seat. Old old old. With world wide competition, sad to see this. Also the jacuzzi was down , not working. :( :(. Pls ease take my advice. I love the staff hate the facility won’t stay again until you remodel. AC was a joke. It was like motel 6 , old old old AC , it pumps out dry Andy air. I love my lunch’s I need my sinuses. Thanks all. Again thank you for the wonderful staff. 5 star stuff. Hotel one star.
