Great location. Easy access to 267. Has a parking deck. Nice lobby. Well designed rooms. Comfortable beds. Perfect for 2 people to work since there’s a desk for one person and a comfortable upholstered chair for the other, with a portable table that slides under the chair making it easy to use a computer up close.

Hard to figure out where to drive to in order to check in. No place for visitors to park since the front lot is for Sheraton. Where is the Westin lot? if visitors go to the deck, they’ll see the sign that says $12 per day for Westin guests. Visitors wouldn’t want to do that.

Did not like that they charged $100 incidental fee for one night. I checked in at 10pm! Also, when checking in I asked about the incidentals fee and the girl at the desk said “it can be anywhere from $50-$100 OR 40% of your stay. We just don’t know until the computer tells us.” Huh? I paid $140 with tax for the room but was charged $100 for incidentals. I still have not been credited back the $100.

Beautiful hotel! We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed here to work on a book, and so we spent long hours in a lovely lobby that had plenty of comfortable seating and even a fireplace. The staff was friendly and never made us feel out of place. They even upgraded us to the extra large workout suite with a peloton! It was also walking distance to some restaurants that were fantastic. Don't miss the Asian fusion place!

We would have enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant but it was significantly overpriced so we had to go elsewhere.

Front desk was quick to accommodate us for their mistake of misinforming us of our charges for our stay. The hotel was very clean, room and facilities were clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Pet friendly and location was central to many restaurants and stores.

Was told our card would be charged one amount and it was charged $200 more than, and of course, we must wait several days to get that back. No microwave in the room. Only one microwave for the entire hotel to share on the first floor. Had to go down to warm up all of our food and made midnight snacks unappealing. Would be very difficult to manage with babies or kids. Buffet breakfast was just ok, cold and pancakes were hard.

The bed was especially comfortable. The suite with sofa was very spacious. We left before breakfast so we didn't try out the restaurant. But hot coffee in the lobby very early was a plus.

Parking is $12 per night, reasonable in the downtown of a city but not here, where there is a large parking lot and you're in the suburbs.

Level of hospitality, quality of rooms & location (close to Great Waterfalls and several smaller parks). Quiet area, beautiful surroundings.

There was not much choice for breakfast (included option), and very limited space at the parking outside.

The staff of the Westin Reston Heights made a big difference to me during a very difficult time. My mother is deathly ill, so I flew into town. As it turned out, unlike the last time I stayed here, the room I booked didn't include the breakfast. So, the first of my three mornings, I just ate some snacks I had brought with me, and went to my mom's place, which was fine. When I returned, many hours later, there was an envelope that had been put under the door with breakfast vouchers for the next two mornings! When I had checked with the front desk, I had been told that this time I hadn't gotten the room with the breakfast included. But the staff member, who had heard me speak of my mother, took it upon himself to give me these vouchers for free, and given the overall state of mind I was in, that made a really big difference to how I was feeling. Good for him for paying attention, and for treating an emotionally wrought customer with an act of pure kindness.

Gluten free bread or muffins or something with breakfast.

Very comfortable 4* hotel where services and the hotel itself justified the price. Unlike so many other hotels in the US Westin Reston Heights is actually well built and properly sound insulated so you are not bothered by noise from outside despite being in rather busy area. Check-in was effortless, no waiting and the staff was helpful. Generally the hotel looks new and well maintained. Very recommended if you need a comfortable place to stay in the area.

AC unit in the room was producing more noise than cold. Only a few parking spaces are available around the hotel so guests might have to park in a nearby multilevel parking building instead.

Good exercise room, staff were friendly and easily approachable

Stains and spots on the window curtain,shower tile. Just enough stains to give you the ick when staying in a hotel.

Shower needs some repair in room 707, Floor is still carpet, I wish they can change it to Luxury Vinyl. Linen needs to be white like other Marriott facility, dark color would probably means that it is not clean
