While the location to the air and space museum is super close, the entrance is blocked off. Yet, it takes perhaps 10 minutes to arrive. There are tons of places to eat and the staff are happy to assist, and there is a dog park, Elk run, less than a mile from the hotel. Btw, we felt very welcoming with our dogs! The pool was a nice addition, although the hot tub was closed for maintenance. They did have a nice outside seating area…wish there were more because it was a favorite spot!

Breakfast was slow, not a diverse assortment. and not able to handle the large amounts of people. There are flyers in the elevators for what looks to be awesome choices, but we are unsure how to get that. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious. Liked the roll out table. Liked the walk in shower with a good shower head. Norman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating on several occasions. Liked the full size refrigerator. Exercise room was good.

Breakfast was inconsistent from day to day. First day there was nothing left at 7:30 AM. Other days it was okay. Carlita the front desk manager needs to be retrained on how to do customer service. We saw her handle a few situations poorly ( overnight loud noise complaints ). She made no eye contact with the people she was trying to assist as if it didn't matter to her.

Had a more homey feel to it,hence home 2. Not a regular hotel room. Bed was comfy.

We had late check out and this wasn't communicated with housekeeping who tried to access the room little bit past 11am checkout time. Had a lock not been on door she would have been in room. Not good. Also I question the shades in room, the privacy of it all. I'm thinking or felt if a light was on in room at night time, and you weren't dressed it appears it would be visible outside. Where are curtains in room, think you need install some.

The room was very spacious. The room amenities were very nice. The location was great for the event we attended. The breakfast was good. And the hotel was very quiet. The staff, from the front desk to the hostesses, to housekeeping were personable and professional. And it didn't hurt that a Chic-fIl-A

The front entrance was either damaged or being repaired, so we couldn't pull up to the canopy to unload and load. It was just a slight issue since it was raining at checkout.

There was this young lady at the front desk, the day we checked in on 22nd Dec and she went out of her way to help us and was patient to get us checked-in. This I presume is the culture of the hotel team so I would recommend the hotel to others.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Pet friendly, with park across street and lots of grassy areas near hotel. Good breakfast selection with decent coffee. Mattresses were very comfortable. Kitchenette more spacious than expected.

Pillows need to be replaced. First 2 sets of key cards did not work. Pool had VERY limited hours.

I requested a room away from dogs however, that didn't happen. It did not spoil my stay however I prefer not to be on the same floor with dogs.

Very comfortable and clean. Located near Dulles airport, with shuttle service. For moving around I called the hotel taxi driver Javier Gonzales, such nice man can only recommend.

Breakfast was just okay. Shuttle service took a long time since it only runs by once every hour. Depends if your lucky on arrival time

The location was convenient to the jobsite I was visiting, and the Wifi was good to work from the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was mediocre. There was just a lot of construction in the entrance, creating a long walk to parking in 20 degree weather.

Third time I have stayed with you. Very nice accommodations. Clean and quiet. Nice staff. Eggs and coffee in the morning are good as well.

Checking out was a bit of a mess. Ended up charging and crediting my credit card multiple times before we got it correct.
