The location and accommodations were excellent. You really don't have to leave the area for anything. Some of the front desk staff was "Ok," but not quite a welcoming attitude towards new visitors. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very good. The room was nice and spacious, exceptionally clean.

We chose the King room with a View. The bed was OK, but the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. They had no form or fullness, soft like paper towel rolls.

Love it!! The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The on-site dining options are fantastic, and the proximity to shopping and dining in the area is unbeatable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Great location, clean, great parking, nice service.

While most front desk reps are professional and helpful, there’s one young Caucasian lady who’s nasty/stuffy. We asked for two bottle of water, and we got scolded. The men and the Asian lady working working the front desk were super friendly & helpful with our needs.

A great place to chill and shopping

One of the staff judged me based on the way I look which was so harmful, but I just take it and feel sorry for that situation especially that my family members were listening to what that guy said.

Cost for parking was high considering it’s $20 daily and $13 across the street. Nobody is helping you bring bags in or anything. $20 seems a bit steep.

Customer service is very good. Called to ask for extra pillows and towels. They were delivered to the room quickly. Front desk helpful and polite. This is rare in many hotels. Some hotels after calling front desk for help they just ignore it. I het the impression this particular Hyatt Regency Tysons Corners is very well run.

For an upscale hotel like this one, there is no real coffee creamers in the room, only the powdered ones. I thought that was subpar. Almost all the hotels now have liquid coffee creamers now.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center for our anniversary and it was the perfect getaway. Tysons Corner has so many fun things to do & great restaurants. After an evening on the plaza & dinner we got to stay in the most beautiful & comfortable room ever! Such a win-win & I highly recommend this place! FYI, next time we will probably buy the breakfast option they offer on the 5th floor for Hyatt members. You don't have to be a member and you can pay in advance or pay at check-in.

The location was key for me. It was within minutes of the office. The room was spacious and very clean. I felt safe and was happy with the everything. I would definitely stay here again.

There really wasn't anything that I did not like about the hotel. I was quite pleased.

Excellent location, right next to the Tysons Corner Center mall, walking distance to the Tyson metro station (Silver line), which takes you to Washington DC and the Dulles Airport.

There was no breakfast included with the stay, but I think it makes sense since there is a Starbucks next to it, and also other options inside the mall.

The hotel was modern and had an outdoor area to hang out. The Rooftop cocktail hour added to the social hour. I liked the walk in shower space and guiding lights that automatically turned on when my feet hit the floor. The hotel was a short walk, even in heels, to an excellent resturant called Eddie V's.

The parking on different levels to get to the hotel was an issue.
