Location of the property is great. Everything is close by.

Property is old, outdated. First room they gave me the bed was so undone, terrible, the bedsheets looked used then someone just quickly fixed the bed before our arrival. I felt so disgusted, I called reception to change the room. Now, the other room bathroom door locked us out twice we had to call maintenance in the middle of the night to unlock so we can use the bathroom. Poor lightening in the room, no fan in the bathroom

The room was comfortable, spacious and had all the usual hotel amenities. I was well catered for when visiting for a conference in the area. Front of House staff, Shuttle Drivers, Cleaners were all friendly, accommodating and professional.

It's not really a dislike— just be aware that there are more than one Hilton in this neighbourhood! In case you're ordering taxis, etc.

We stayed in a double room, with two queen size beds which were a comfortable size for a family of 4. The room was at the end of the corridor, though we could clearly hear our neighbours in the next room chatting loudly very late into the night. The room is a great location for shopping in Tysons Corner, near to the mall. There is a free shuttle car that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel, so we used this as well as Uber to get around. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast, as there was a great bagel place a few minutes walk away.

You can hear noise from the room next door.

I've stayed here at this hotel a few times. This is actually my go to when visiting dc. However this time around the only issue this time was small but detrimental to our trip! Our key cards kept deactivating so issues getting in the parking garage a hassle. We also came in late one night we had to use the bathroom an we couldn't get into our room! A big inconvenience lastly I know I'm a silver member the water tags were mis leading I got charged for it the lady says I'm blue the app says silver so I was charged for the waters. Other than that small issue this hotel is great! Clean convenient to the city. So I will stay again!!!

The facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I like the secure parking and elevators. I felt very safe there.

I didn't appreciate that I wasn't notified of the $50 hold fee for incidentals. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time so I could've planned for it.

The location was very nice. The surrounding things gave me comfort.

Mostly good. But errorneously water bottles in the room were charged though I'm a gold member, to which I got upgraded after check-in but during the stay. Furthermore, I asked staffs in the counter whether it is okay to get a compljmentary water bottles just after the upgrade notification and got a okay reply.

Room was put to standard and clean. They said they would change towels and linen every 48 hrs, but actually seemed to offer daily service. Breakfast was good and cost was reasonable (not included in room cost) and we alternated between the hotel and local Starbuck's (5 min drive). Parking was quite convenient, which was important as we mostly reached friend and family by car. Convenient by car to major roads into Vienna, Fairfax, Metro into DC, etc. They had a coin operated Landry ($4 for wash and dry) and sold supplies ($6 for detergent and dryer sheets) and provided change so could do this, which was helpful for long stay. There was a refrigerator in the room.

We had typical issues with cards for room access needing to be reset/recoded for room and only one worked on garage entry. We were staying for a week and needed to ask for additional toilet paper, which was surprising that a backup roll was not always provided with linen changes. The area was mostly business parks and the surrounding roads were quite cluttered with parked buses and tractor trailers, so would not recommend it for local walks.

The staff at breakfast were so kind and helpful and we enjoyed talking to them! The guy at the front desk let us borrow his personal lint remover when we had an emergency on the way to our son's wedding. The room was very nice and clean

When we returned from the wedding, late at night, the guy at the front desk wouldn't let us into the parking garage and we had to back out and go to the front desk. It was very annoying and we were all so very tired after a very long day of wedding festivities with our younger kids in the car. There was also a lot of confusion about charges on our card and paying for breakfasts that had to be sorted out.

Loved the spacious layout of my room, the high ceilings and the on-site bar and restaurant. Everything was super clean, the staff was very helpful and overall it was a great stay. The price was also great, about 1/2 of the total cost of what I was being quoted for other hotels within a 5 mile radius, which helped keep me close to corporate meetings I needed to attend.

I didn't like that there was no overhead lighting in the room, and the lamps did not provide enough light for my needs. This was problematic while working, as well as when getting ready in the morning, particularly when trying to do my hair and makeup.
