Great location with everything you need within walking distance and the apartment lobby was beautiful, relaxing and very clean. The apartment itself was lovely too and very spacious two bedroom with two full bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The only downside I can think of is that the apartment was quite dusty in places and although they had a sweeping brush and mop, there was no vacuum which would have made a huge difference as there is carpet throughout the bedrooms.

No. When my friend arrived at the building at midnight, no one at the front desk knew about the accommodation, and there were no keys to deliver to her. She needed to go to the hotel to stay the night. The next morning, she returned to the building and was able to check in. We request for one night refund, but nobody answered us.

I need to receive an invoice to request a refund internally in my company. I have asked for it many times but have not gotten an answer from the billing team.

The TV in the master bedroom did not connect to the internet and could not use it during my stay. TO BE FAIR.... once I check into an air bnb I do not like people coming into the place, so I never complained. We opened up the sofa bed and hung out with the kids to watch the TV in the living room. Exceptional stay. Will visit again!!!!!!!! 100% satisfied.

This place is extremely great. Location is convenient. I can get to all of places in less than 20 minutes. The beautiful view and scenery of building is a plus. Extra sheets and towels are sealed in plastic bags. Glass windows help me to enjoy the view from the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are a little small size, but closets are huge. I love the set up of bathrooms, which are a lot of space and provided all of personal hygiene stuffs. A welcome basket was presented beautifully on kitchen island. There are full size of refrigerator and full of kitchen appliances and utensils, cookwares, you name it they had it. There are a lot of activities and events on calendar in front desk. Make sure checking it when you get there. The first day staying here, I got free breakfast.

The using of fobs to get in the elevator. My parking in west building, and my room is in 6th floor of east building. I have to use the key to get down to 1st floor of east building and walk to the west building to get the elevator to get to 5th floor of west building to get my car. It’s Ok during the stay, but the last day when I check out, I have to return the key inside the room. This is inconvenient.

The layout was perfect for our family. Very open and enough beds for all four of us. We loved that it is a dog friendly establishment. The customer service was superb, especially Bushra - who helped me with all of the details and supplied us with remote control batteries.

A guy from Instacart tried to open our door at night. We didn’t order Instacart, so it was a little sketchy. The Signature building lets food delivery services wonder the halls, which is not safe.

There weren't any notable aspects that I disliked. The property seemed to excel in many areas - from the spacious and comfortable rooms with their impressive views of downtown Reston, to the exceptional facilities like the penthouse gym and the beautifully designed lobby.

This is a great way to stay in the Reston area and the second time I have used these units. The units are clean, comfortable and well kitted out. The reception people are very helpful as well.

Bombarded with messages through the booking.com site about providing photographs of credit cards and passports and links that didn't work. Direct emails to the managers with the information went unanswered. No other booking in the USA asked for this information in this way. The booking was through booking.com so they already had credit card information, why did they need photos? In these days of credit card and identity theft, this made me very uncomfortable, especially with wanting passport scans as well.
