The rooms were spacious. The location was incredibly convenient to local restaurants and getting to downtown DC was a breeze. Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious each morning. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

While the facilities were general clean, the common areas and hallways tended to smell strongly of food and fresh paint from the renovations.

The location is amazing, close to Washington, D.C. and the surrounding attractions; convenient with free parking. The breakfast (included) was a perk, with a variety of items to choose from (hot and cold). There is comfortable, open space, to socialize, as well as outdoors seating. A good amount of time was given to take advantage of the breakfast (3 hours). The suite was comfortable and accommodated my grandsons and me; tv’s in living room and bedroom, with decent “family friendly” channels. The beds were very comfortable, with adequate kitchen space.

I didn’t like that the pool was not open, but it was still a bit chilly and the local outdoor pools really do not officially open until after Memorial Day, so no fault of the hotel. The outdoor pool area looked good, even though it was not yet open for the season, but I’m sure is amazing as a retreat from the summer heat. A heated, indoor pool would be nice.

The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was FANTASTIC!!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Social time with snacks & the pool table were great touches. The rooms were nice and the kitchenette was a great touch also. If we ever come back to D.C., we will be staying here for sure!!

We had two beds in our room, one was hard as a rock and the other was softer...still not totally comfortable, but softer. The pool was VERY cold, but it's still early in the season and probably hasn't had enough time to warm up so its understandable.

The room was a surprisingly large suite, comfortable. big bathroom, nice bed. Wasn't there long enough to use kitchenette or even sit on couch but it was a nice room. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The fire alarm battery died and started beeping around 1:30 in the morning. Initially the front desk person said I'd have to deal with it but when I asked for another room they were able to put me in the one across the hall.

The rooms - especially the beds- are very comfortable. We were traveling with our small dog and 8 month old daughter, so we had enough space for the dogs small crate and the pack and play.

Breakfast was a little bland and underwhelming, but as it is free with your stay it was still a good value.

Loved the option of a room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for family of 5. Spacious and kids loved the pool. We ate breakfast every morning, I used the gym facility which was nice with dumbbells, treadmill, elliptical and even a Peloton bike. I found this hotel because it had breakfast, free parking, a gym and laundry room! Great location to visit DC and Maryland.

Wish the indoor hot tub would have been available to use but the HVAC system wasn’t working since May a sign said.

Staff were exceptional and breakfast was great with real rolled oats. Facilities were clean with ample parking and easy access. Wonderful experience. Terrific kitchen staff.

Our freezer did not make ice but the front desk stop was wonderfully helpful with a supply of ice for the weekend. She was very kind and helpful.

The property was clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. We have a large family and have a hard time finding places to accommodate all of us. The suite was perfect and had plenty of room for everyone. It was reasonably priced and within short driving distance of Washington monuments and museums. Breakfast was delicious.

Location is the best aspect in this HWS Hotel. Is plenty of activities and shopping around.

Breakfast was OK, but almost same every day..We was four days in this hotel.

That it is convenient to everything, the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and nice

I think that they need to make sure that the essentials is stocked other than that nothing
