Our room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was also very big, we hate bathrooms where we bump into one another! There’s a small gym and pool which were very nice. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations as it was a little different every day (4) and the hot food was regularly topped up. There’s tea and coffee available all day and cookies in the evening! There’s a trail path to Reston in one direction, Herndon in the other, short walks to both. The hotel shuttle will take you to/from Reston town center metro stop or Dulles airport. All the staff were great, especially David on the front desk and also the young lady serving breakfast. Lots of good restaurants close by and a huge Target.

I really have nothing negative to say but if I must … the plastic cutlery at breakfast was poor.

The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Dulles Airport which is prompt and convenient. The staff friendly and obliging. The airline delivered a missing bag to me at the hotel, and it was brought down to my room without my asking. The shuttle driver made sure my heavy bags on the sidewalk, rather than just on the street after being heaved out of the shuttle’s trunk. A small gesture perhaps but appreciated.

A very minor note - chairs on an uncarpeted surface in the breakfast area make loud squeaks etc. when people sitting down or getting up. Pads on the chair legs would eliminate this auditory nuisance.

The front desk staff was welcoming, efficient and proficient at getting us checked in and out. Room was so well laid out - from the little bars for individual hand towels, large space surrounding sink and shelf running length of vanity top for putting incidentals, large TV that swivels out for viewing from the bed or back in place to view from a large easy chair. Ample surfaces to place luggage and shoes, super clean!

The shower door had to be adjusted just right so that water did not escape from one end but we figured out how to do it.

Upon my inaugural visit to the East Coast, I was promptly greeted with warmth and hospitality. Arriving ahead of schedule, I was graciously provided with coffee and breakfast during my wait. The accommodations boasted pristine cleanliness, and I indulged in a refreshing swim in the impeccably maintained pool. The breakfast offerings surpassed expectations, and I found the location to offer an array of exceptional dining choices.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk person was kind and efficient. The pool was warm and the area was clean. The bed was comfortable. I really like the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion in the bathroom. The room darkening shade was amazing. The breakfast options were better than your standard continental breakfast. It was quiet at night. Self checkout for snacks in the lobby was easy.

I do not have any complaints.

There was nothing that a person could say bad about the stay. If I was to be picky lol my kids said the pool was a little cold. Literally the only complaint that ever came out of our mouths

This was a gem of a hotel, The staff were excellent - i had a rough start getting there and they were sympathetic and even gave me a little snack pack! A cup of tea and the cookies made me feel better especially when i had to enlist their help getting my suitcase open. They even apologiesed at having to break the lock. I was offered transport to get to the local store to replace the lock however it was only 10 minutes walk. Free transport between the hotel and airport was appreciated.

There are several Hampton courts so it was confusing trying to get the correct transport to the hotel - as they all have similar names.

Amazing helpful and accommodating staff! Very clean, modern looking rooms. Big TV Microwave in the room!

I didn't like that there wasn't many options for hot vegetarian breakfast. (potatoes, sausage, omelet with ham) So I had to get potatoes and waffles only, I'd appreciate if omelets would be without ham, and that there would be signs that say what's the food.

This property was fantastic! There isn’t anything bad to mention. It was close and convenient to what we needed. The room was insanely clean and very well laid out! The bathroom is one of the best I’ve ever seen in any hotel, large, clean, well thought out for two people. Water pressure was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again!

I can honestly say there was nothing bad to report.

Lots of parking and good layout of hotel. Super friendly staff! Got 2 complimentary water bottles upon check in. We also enjoyed a warm, healthy breakfast buffet with lots of delicious options. Clean rooms and personal touches to the room. Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay! thank you
