Location. Friendly staff.

Our rooms were not freshened after the first night. No clean towels were brought in. No new coffee cups were brought in. Trash wasn’t emptied. I was also surprised that the price of the rooms were different. I booked both rooms. But my sister stayed in one and she paid for it with her card. One was $12 more than the other one. The one with the balcony was less than the one without the balcony. The receipts and the emails did not have the correct names connected with the room numbers. So it was a little confusing trying to sort out everything. And both of the receipts in the emails were for the same room. There wasn’t a receipt for one of the rooms, two receipts with different names for one room. So a little confusing on the organization of the paperwork side.

Low water pressure in shower. Staff seemed at time a bit discombobulated. When I read their writeup on web, I thought breakfast was free and it was not. The “Bistro” eatery inside the hotel should have had longer hours during the day.

Convenient location, great price, nice room, friendly and empathetic staff (kindly and quickly moved me to a different room because of unpleasant noises from nearby guests).

Meals/Beverages are expensive, the metal holder inside the shower stall wasn’t clean (had strands of hair in it), a few black beetle like bugs were in the room — maybe because I was on the first floor and close to the outdoors.

The bar was nice and the food was good. The bar and food staff were rushed though and could have used some backup.

I did not have breakfast due to time constraints. I was unaware that breakfast was only available Monday through Friday.

The size of the room + the location to Dulles Airport for travelers.

Unfortunately, they don’t respond or review the messages and requests sent to them via Booking app, which could result in some unpleasant circumstances, like my case, I have booked two rooms and request them to be connected or next to each others. But when I arrived, I found out they booked two location that are opposite to each other and the Gentleman on the reception could not do anything unless it’s approved by his manager.

Breakfast was average but filling. Location is a 7 minute walk to Herndon Metro Silver Line station. Easy to get into downtown DC. Quiet room.

Reception could have said, "Hello, welcome to Marriott." Seemed uninterested in her job.

Very quiet and liked the small balcony overlooking wooded area. The courtesy shuttle was a great convenience. The staff and driver of the shuttle were extremely helpful and friendly.

Felt the price of the room was a bit high. It appeared the checking price after adding tax etc was ~$40 more than we expected.

It was one of the best places we have stayed.

I booked online thru booking.com. I paid for 2 rooms. We had a problem checking in and had to pay again for our friends 2nd room. So now I have over paid and need to figure out how to get refunded.

Conveniently located close to the aiport, clean, modern, friendly staff. Low hassle check in and check out. I checked in after midnight and that was no problem.

Airport shuttle of this hotel starts later and ends earlier than other hotels nearby (including the other courtyard and the two Mariott's nearby).

Possibility to sit outside the room would be nice. Option of breakfast is perfect.

Three Marriott hotels near the airport - confusing. Give each hotel a distinct name.
