The location was perfect in central Herndon and the staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. The facilities were very clean. Parking was very convenient. The coffee was very good.

Breakfast room was fine, but the most of the menu was unhealthy at best, with the exception of the cage free scrambled eggs. The menu was mostly high sugar/high carb content offerings: mini-muffins, pancakes, bread, oatmeal "mush" and high fat greasy sausage or bacon. More healthy options please. There was yogurt, but the low sugar variety was either not as well stocked or quickly selected patrons. Please...less sugar, carbs and highly process "food." PLEASE offer more healthy options such as real whole grain bread products. The coffee was very good.

King bed was comfy, bathroom has been updated already and though smaller than other usual showers, wasn't tight. There was complimentary coffee in our room which we didn't get to use. Breakfast had hot and cold options, not bad at all. The usual paper plates and plastic utensils. Was near the airport, we live 3 hours away so spending a night in VA is more restful and less stressful for us. Also near restaurants and an AMC theater.

Breakfast was okay, but I could not eat the hot food..I was looking for breakfast meats, not all that heated up frozen foods. My 2nd room was much better..

Upon my staying in the room, I complained about the noise from the heater and it took a third complaint and the supervisor from who works maintenance to move me, not the front office staff. I asked to be moved and they kept telling me the noise will get better and it got worst. I left a message for the manager today...The unit needed to be replaced, but I should have been moved immediately upon ny concern. I hope that more training will take place with the hotel staff.

Bed was very comfortable, check-in quick, the surrounding area is well stocked with restaurants and grocery stores, parking is convenient and feels safe. Easy to get from/to the airport by car; a bit of a long walk to the nearest subway station, but doable without suitcases.

Breakfast queue for the waffle machine was long. Not the hotel's fault - very loud french conversations in the breakfast room - it's a breakfast room, not a conference stage, please do not annoy everyone with your 40 minutes pitch at 8AM.

Great location, room comfy, nice hot shower. Breakfast is fine for a quick bite to eat. Nice having a supermarket next door and many restaurant options with in walking distance (Yep Europeans walk :-)

Only thing is to have a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes for an extended stay.

Breakfast was standard for fast, casual food. There was hot/cold options - a mix of meat and dairy protein with limited fruit. However, ; no options for people with alternative food needs : allergen free, gluten free, low/no sugar which we needed - didn’t eat there.

Everything was very clean. Quiet even when we came in late at night after a concert. The shower had full-size body wash, shampoo & conditioner, & they smelled great! Good variety for free breakfast, and they constantly kept it stocked.The price was perfect as well. Staff was super friendly.

Would've loved more pillows. Each bed only had 3 instead of 4, and it was so late when we got in from our concert that I just didn't have the energy to track anyone down to ask for more. Didn't sleep great because of it. But that is the ONLY complaint.

The location was perfect for the weekend activities that were planned. The breakfast menu was extensive & tasty. The bed was comfortable & the accessible room was great

The accessible room were only on the first floor & there was a lot of noise on this floor . There was not a hanging bar for dresses. I had to hang them over the top of the closet door

Breakfast was great, unfortunately I was hoping for turkey sausage! Had to save it because this is the blessed month RAMADAN! I also would like to utilize the pool before 9AM since we swim at our own risk anyway! Staff very pleasant!!! Certain ones! Mr David extremely pleasant professional and accommodating! Asset to this hotel! He should seriously be acknowledged! Even my daughters Agree!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect for what I needed with lots of available food options nearby. (I would highly recommend Nunu's Thai Dishes nearby!!) My room was also perfect for what I needed as I had a training a few miles down the road. The room and bed was super comfortable after a long day of training outside in cold weather. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options and the attendant was consistently checking when things were running out and stocking accordingly. I was pleased to see various milk options to use with your coffee and cereal. Speaking of coffee, the coffee was delicious and fresh each morning! I also liked that breakfast options were slightly different each day I stayed. If I am in the area again I will gladly stay here again!
