Overall the place was exactly what my family needed. We just needed a comfortable room that was close to my other families home so that we may visit them without staying with them. We liked the privacy but, the room service comes once every two weeks. So if you need anything you must go to the front desk to get it yourself. The staff was super friendly but the place seemed really really understaffed.

There was nothing as the kitchen when we arrived. Had to go downstairs to get it all and it wasn't the cleanest. Regardless they do give you a full size fridge and a stove top.

The place itself is great, our room is spacious and better than expected. We had a great stay overall and it's close to most of the places that we wanted to explore.

The grab and go breakfast options are very limited, no breakfast suitable for toddlers and it's the same everyday. The luggage cart is only one and it's not even functioning properly. It's already worn out and they should have atleast more than 1 luggage cart for the others to use.

The elevators was dirty if they just mopped the floors, the whole place would be clean just the elevator floors and the front lobby floors need to be mopped more

Breakfast was only disappointing part. Virtually non existent and not even milk or half and half for the coffee. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Was useful for us as we were house hunting in the immediate area. Good, affordable stay with basic functional amenities. Staff was very friendly and was nice to have a kitchenette. Coffee bar in the morning was definitely a plus.

Common areas such as elevator just didn’t seem very clean in general. Room was large and bathroom was HUGE, but barely furnished so it just felt awkward especially with little counter space in a gigantic bathroom. The bathroom fan is also extremely loud for my preference and comes on automatically with the light. Overall, it can feel like you’re staying in a semi-abandoned medical clinic but it met our basic needs.

I liked the fact that it was located near the spa. Very convenient to local eateries and other services.

There is nothing I didn't like.
