I didn't like the location of the room I was initially given. I found a room I preferred and asked if it was available. It was available and the staff changed me to the new room. I enjoyed my stay there immensely. Perfect location for the workshop I was attending down the street.

The place is close to so many stores ,Target & chick-f-la & chipotle Very close to the metro station Miss Noura let me in when it was available and kept my bag as I had to go elsewhere thanx a lot to her Mr Kumar checked me out as fast a he could as I had to run Thanx and sure I will be back

The place is good

Breakfast was great and the cleaning staff was incredible. Pride in work, which is becoming rare these days.

I liked the location beside a number of restaurants. I also liked the positive energy of the staff and the complimentary WiFi access.

I didn't like that the room wasn't ready, even after we arrived later than the originally selected check-in time.

I didn't get to try the breakfast. But I really like the fact that I arrived way earlier than the 3:00 check in and they still allowed me to check in early without paying more money. Very friendly and understanding

Couple of staff very helpful others have less experience

Laundry room need sign to show price and vending machine can add detergent

Provide kitchen to cook especially food prices are so high to eat out.

Weekend shift staff a little bit inexperience

Staff and comparative value of room. Proximity to Dulles and Reston Town Ctr. Room clean and bed comfortable. And, again, staff responsive to an issue and friendly.

Grounds not clean over weekend with garbage in common area stairwells. While understanding COVID concerns, juice and fruit sorely missed at way too basic grab and go breakfast.
