The rooms are very spacious and they were fairly comfortable. The room was a good value when comparing to other properties in the area. The room was very clean. Our room offered a mini fridge and a microwave. The rooms here are a lot more spacious than other places I have stayed recently for the same value.

The elevator was still down while we were there so we had to take stairs to the third floor which is really no big deal we're all able-bodied but the website did say that the elevator was supposed to have been fixed by the time we were there. The rooms are a little dated but that's not really what I'm looking for when I stay somewhere.

I’m not sure if it was because I booked the week of, but I was put in a room right next to the elevator and I constantly heard the vibrations through the wall, of the elevator moving up and down throughout the night/early mornings. I feel like these rooms shouldn’t be given to guests, unless it is the last resort and no other rooms are available. If given, the rates should be discounted.

The staff was excellent and extremely caring and nice. I have never met or experienced such a kind staff from my stays all over America. The assistant manager Diego was like a friend to us. He was excellent.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe the people that loitered at the 7-11 but that is not the fault of the hotel.

The room was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable. We only ate breakfast there two of the four days that we stayed, it was ok. The location was perfect as we were visiting family that lives near the hotel.

There isn't much that can be done with the bathroom, unfortunately. It was very tiny, so tiny that if the door was open all the way, you couldn't sit on the toilet and close the door

Semi, the front desk clerk, went overboard to help me. She was friendly and eager to help me find some salt and pepper. She did not have to do that but showed willingness and friendliness in unlocking the breakfast to get my salt and pepper. Wonderful profession who appeared eager to please her clients.

Nothing really

The property was clean and breakfast good. The staff was very nice. My only complaint was the elevator was down so I had to carry luggage up and down steps. But other than that, I would stay there again.

We needed to leave a day earlier than originally planned and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even spoke on the phone with the 3rd-party agent we booked the room through in order to make it all happen. I could not have asked for better customer service!

Room was decent and tidy. Breakfast above expectation given the reviews I had read. On the whole very good value for the price

Very good proximity to grocery store

The rooms were big, lots of room. Was surprised that they had pretty much a whole kitchen in the room.

Breakfast was not impressive. My kids wanted the waffles but two days in a row there was no waffle batter to make them.

front desk clerk was super nice, even gave me some silverware when i asked. the whirlpool was huge. perfect to fill up and just relax. breakfast in the morning was good as well.

not really any complaints. hotel beds aren’t always the comfiest, but the pillows were super fluffy and comfortable.
