The location was very convenient, just across the road from a Metro station and a supermarket, and a pleasant 3-km walk to my relatives. My room was clean and I had far more towels than I could possibly use.

Major dislike: At the end of my stay, I asked if there was someplace where I could shower before travelling, as I had a 19-hour series of airports, airplanes, trains and buses to look forward to, starting at 19:00. Nothing was available. If hotels in Nairobi and Kampala, Amsterdam and Milan can allow a customer who has paid for 6 nights to shower at the end of a day, before a long journey, why can't one in the USA? Medium dislike: I'm so accustomed to a "breakfast buffet" in my travels around Europe that it was a surprise to find only a relatively expensive cafe in the hotel. Fortunately, there was a little fridge and coffee-maker in my room, so I could get my breakfast needs from the local supermarket.

Love everything

The double room was extremely large with two big armchairs and a desk in the room as well as lots of space around the beds. Beds were very comfortable. I would have given this a 10 if there were free coffee in the lobby and if parking were free

Breakfast was extra (even coffee downstairs!) Only coffee in the room was free. They tried to charge us $10 for parking, but they comped us the parking when we asked them to waive that fee (they did waive it)

It was clean and super comfortable. Very convenient with closed in courtyard for traveling with a service dog.

The only things I didn’t like was that the location required a u turn to enter the entrance, or an extra block around to change direction. There is no breakfast included. However there is a Starbucks on location to grab a coffee and breakfast, so not a total deal breaker.

Breakfast was good. Location was ok except that I had to take an uber if I wanted to go to a regular restaurant. Staff was always extremely pleasant and helpful.

I would have liked a more comfortable chair in my room. Also sign in bar area says happy hour, no real happy hour except for groups.

I had the french toast and it was very nice. It's a restaurant setting, so the food is made to order. I am a pescatarian and there were plenty of options to choose from. The room was very comfortable and nice. There were several restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance. We opted to eat at a local mall that was a short driving distance away. We did pay to park in the underground parking garage located under the hotel. It was very affordable and plenty of spaces. There is limited parking in the hotel parking lot for free(maybe 10 spaces).

No microwave in the room. There is a microwave in the 24-hour market, but it's in the lobby. The bathtub was not even with the bathroom floor and it felt like it was slanted. There were several grab bars and I felt the need to be mindful of how I step. I would be concerned for an elderly person or someone who has physical limitations.

Nice, clean and comfortable place. 8 minute walk from train station, so very convenient to visit the attractions and avoid traffic. Nice restaurant around the are. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Starbucks inside the hotel has bad service. The lady did not speak A WORD to us, just noted the order and shoved the ipad for the tipping. Would recommend having breakfast somewhere else.

We loved that the room was very comfortable (for 4 adults) and clean. The shared spaces were calm and the staff was friendly. The Bistro for morning breakfast was a great bonus since they don't offer free breakfast. The metro station is only 5 minutes away which was great for visiting different areas around Virginia/DC.

I wish they had complimentary breakfast.

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Paying for parking was a disappointment. Their “store” could be better equipped. Tons of sodas and junk food. The large bottles of water weren’t refrigerated.
