The hotel was large and quiet, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. The location was very convenient, right by the metro station and close to many nice shops and restaurants. My breakfast was included in the room rate, and there was a good choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread and pastries, but also eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.

The hotel is not very modern, but the standard was fine. We were a little unlucky the first night and day, as there was a heavy rainstorm. We didn't have hot water in the shower and couldn't get the TV to work, but this was resolved the next day.

They are remodeling and it looks great. Also, taking care to block off areas that are being worked on. Service was very professional from the check in to the people in the restaurant. I would stay again.

When we checked in they did not have it showing that breakfast was included and I had to show them what was posted with booking.com. Another thing that was just annoying. The bedside lamps have plugs at the base but you have to pull the lamp out to the edge of the table to be able to plug your charger in. Otherwise good luck finding an outlet in the room. I had to go on a hunt to find an outlet to iron a shirt. If I come back I will bring a small adapter to plug my items in.

I wish the hotel offered a free breakfast. Breakfast is available for $15, and, to be fair, I opted to go out to a lovely coffee and pastry shop just down the road on the other side of the street. But I always like to have breakfast in the hotel when traveling so I can easily go back to my room to brush my teeth and get ready for the day. If the hotel were to include a free breakfast, I suppose they'd have to raise their rates.

Beautiful hotel. We arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in which worked out great since we were attending a wedding. We were credited the parking due to room problem. That's customer service!!

Confusion about parking fee. One site had one fee but was told different fee at check in. We were advised changes were being made to sites so I suppose hadn't been updated yet. But again... Great customer service, they reduced the parking fee. My room bathroom tub had very slow drain. I also noticed bathroom floor wasn't as clean as it could have been... Found hair from previous person(s).

THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE ELEVATORS AND PARKING CONVENIENT. MY RATE INCLUDED BREAKFAST - BUT THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED... HOWEVER THE HOTEL GAVE US CREDIT AT STARBUCKS (IN THE HOTEL) TO GET COFFEE PLUS YOGURT/MUFFIN/EGG SANDWICH.

THERE WAS A LOT OF CONSTRUCTION ON THE GARAGE LEVEL AND ALSO SOMETHING ON MY FLOOR (ALTHOUGH I DIDN'T SEE IT, I HEARD IT IN THE MORNING IN MY ROOM - WHICH DISRUPTED MY SLEEP). I WILL SAY THAT THE HOTEL MADE CONSTRUCTION AREAS QUITE CLEAN THOUGH - REALLY APPRECIATED.

I love it location. The comfortability the cleanliness, the staff there, courteousness, and promptness, with which to deal with whatever issues that I had.

It’s hard for me to say, didn’t like because they’re going under renovation or upgrading for my future benefit over the benefit of guests, however I had to deal with the frustration of no microwave in the room the cable TV and remote wire, complete and or synced together, but other than that they were minuscule like big deals when I need them

Friendly front desk man gave me a complimentary room upgrade when I checked in early, and the room I originally booked wasn't ready yet. Much needed too, considering it was 12pm and I had just gotten off a 14-hour shift!! Room was excellent, super clean, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay!!! Awesome location too - Wegmans, convenient stores, coffee shops, and plenty of food choices within walking distance :)

The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Mr. Jay Shin from the reception desk was very friendly and efficient during our stay. The a la carte breakfast até The Olive Restaurant is excellent.

The cleaning service can be improved. One day we didn't have cleaning in our room and the cleaning of our restroom was not good.

Spacious rooms (though a bit weird with two entrance doors and a door in between two adjacent rooms), very comfortable bed. Breakfast arrangement was a bit weird too - first day we had to wait for 40 mins in line at the lobby cafeteria to get coffre and muffins. The second day it was a proper buffet at the hotel restaurant.
