The bed and pillows were comfortable, the facility was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a Hampton Inn and it generally gets the details right. The exercise room was spacious and well supplied with equipment. It was within a short walk of good restaurants.

It was hard to cast from a tablet or phone to the TV to have more viewing options. The instructions were opaque. Wi-fi in my room was functional but not great.

It was a great hotel in a good location.

There were no associates to be found at all times. Came in one night and the hotel doors wouldn't open automatically, had to force them open and then no associate inside. Bathroom wasn't clean. Hair was in the drain of the shower and you could tell the bottom of the shower on the outside was dirty.

When we initially checked in the maintenance guy was covering the front. He engaged well in conversations with us while we wait for our room to be cleaned. He also tried to assist us in getting something quicker, but he explained the protocol of how rooms are to be cleaned and inspected prior to customers entering it. I did love how the location was very close to my event.

I did not like how I had emailed them as soon as I booked the potential‘s of arriving early today and check in early. No one reached out to me and still managed to settling into my room of the approval of my checking in early. I also did not like how I outreach the front desk due waking up a bit early and needing 30 more minutes to check out. Lastly, I think the location to the hotel was a bit far from where food is.

Breakfast is quite extensive. Wish they had plain scrambled eggs as I don’t like spices. Coffee was very good. Only issue is the room bathroom. The way the sink faucet is placed is awkward. One actually can’t get both hands under the faucet at the same time. As there is no tub, wish they would offer hand held shower heads.

Nice clean comfortable bed, blackout curtains, quiet. Was able to relax and sleep well, felt secure. Appreciated the easy operating safe. Shower/bathroom was very clean. I liked the bath products & the shower stall. Staff was very responsive, kind & helpful.

The place was spotless and they made sure I had a room convenient to the lobby as I requested. They called me up to ask about my request. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This wasn't a true pleasure trip. We needed a comfortable place to stay while we visited my sister in the nearby nursing home. It was nice and quiet and the breakfast was very good. We will come here again when we visit my sister.

The bathroom was a bit dirty. There was hair on the shower wall and behind the sink. And the bottles in the shower were a bit dirty. The location was very close to where we needed to go but it’s such a busy location.

Size of lobby, and dining area is totally inadequate for the size of the hotel. During breakfast time, all tables are being used by guests and you have to wait for a table to open up before you can sit down. Lobby area has zero seating area for guests.

The property was clean and the room was spacious. My daughter said it was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in a few years.

The breakfast selection was okay, but not poor. They were out of a lot of things when we went for breakfast.

Location convenient to planned visits: US Army, USMC, NRA, National Air & Space museums, and unplanned: Apple stores for device repair. Many dining choices in surrounding area. Front desk staff loaned me their personal Apple charging cord when I had issue with my phone 👍
