The hotel was amazing & beautiful! We fell in love

I booked for my neices wedding, the entire wedding party stayed there. I drove from Philadelphia, Pa my booking was incorrect. I booked Friday to Sunday for Mother/ daughter wedding trip. I was told my room was only for 1 night, I asked if I cold add another night to be near all the family festivities, I was told no. After the wedding & reception my daughter & I had to chk out by 11 am to find another hotel. It was 45 minutes away & since I’m not from the area & too tired to drive back to Haymarket, we missed the luncheon & send off dinner. The other hotel was not a Hilton & it just ruined the entire weekend. I wish they could have given us a room for 1 more night

The waiter in the restaurant that looks a little like Lionel Richie was awesome. Except for one occasion, the staff was awesome.

The cost was high for the quality. Especially when we had to book an additional night due to airline problems and the cost was less than half than the previous two nights.

This is the nicest Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed at. It is absolutely beautifully decorated and the coffee bar, bar and restaurant were amazing. Had a great experience with all three. Will definitely stay here again!

The desk clerk was helpful, and professional. The lobby was very clean. Our room smelled clean when we walked in.

The free coffee was hard to find. No complimentary breakfast of any kind. We didn’t want to use anything in the room bc we thought everything cost. The water in our room was $3.00 per bottle.

Staff was very friendly and the town was adorable. A few cute shops and restaurants and farmers market on Sunday.

I was hoping to check in between 3 and 4 pm and even had confirmation that this would be possible. When I arrived at 3:30, the room wasn’t ready yet, so that was a little frustrating. Also I was disappointed that the wifi was not complimentary.

The breakfast I purchased was tasty, but arrived warm (not hot). The wait staff was either new or not trained well. The table was not set properly ahead of our being seated. They wait staff made repeated trips which could have been made once. Slow kitchen.

Breakfast was not included in room price as in many hotels.

Very clean and beautiful property. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lobby smelled really good. We especially appreciated Brianna from the front desk. She was very welcoming, professional, and a great host! I never write reviews for anything but I felt compelled to do so because of her hospitality towards us!

That the coffee shop does not serve Puertorican Coffee

the staff was outstanding. the facility was nicely designed and decorated. the location was great. I would love to come back and explore Haymarket a bit more.

there was a lot of noise pollution in the room. we were at the corner on the second floor and we could hear all the traffic and the music of some cars. I got used to it and slept fine. my husband is a light sleeper so he struggled at first.

The most upscale Hilton Garden Inn I’ve ever seen—it’s apparently a prototype of their new property design. Rooms are comfortable and cleverly designed to seem more spacious than they are. The common areas are a delight, and the dining room features a bar and open kitchen.

Room rates are ver high. This is a suburban location but they charged $10/night for parking. At the room rates the are charging, parking should be free.
