The value of the inn is unmatched and we will definitely be back. The price, the room, the comfort of the bed, the water pressure in the shower, all were fantastic. The fact that we could bring dogs is great. We didn't bring ours, but definitely keeping Red Roof Inn in mind for the future! That was a feature I didn't realize existed.

Our only disappointment was that the complementary breakfast was very bare. Usually, we're used to a waffle machine. Without that, it would have been fine if the bagels weren't stale. There was very limited options to choose from that wasn't Raisin Bran or Frosted Flakes, but the breads were definitely a few days old.

The hotel is located in an excellent location near Shenandoah National Park. The hotel offers a parking lot which is nice. The building has a nasty smell, but once you go into the room, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay— Bananas, muffins, Cereal, Coffee, Milk,… kind of breakfast— Overall, my experience was not bad considering how affordable the hotel was.

Staff could be nicer. They were not mean or anything, but they were not smiling either.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. There was a restaurant adjacent. Wawa across the road. Good shower pressure. Continental breakfast. Great value. Has the feel of an old roadside motel in a good way, convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

I was traveling from out of town for a wedding, the location was centrally located to the wedding events. It's also conveniently located near a gas station, a couple diners, a grocery store and a CVS for anything I needed. The room looked recently renovated and was nicely done. The bed was soft, linens were clean, and there were no bedbugs. The shower was clean and mold-free, and bathroom also renovated. The floor was laminate flooring, so it was also visibly clean as I dislike how carpet never really can be.

As some other reviews had mentioned, the drains are a bit slow to drain, but I knew it going in and was not surprised. They drain, it's just a slower process than I am used to having. Also, I knew from previous reviews there was no elevator, but the stairs are clean and nicely lit.

The hotel is very clean. The parking is a bit confusing at first, but there is plenty of parking on all sides. Two or three main entry doors, all with key card access. Room and bed was very comfortable. They have taken over and remodeled an older hotel and have done it very well. This hotel is down town, and easy to reach anything in Warrenton.

There was a few "stragglers", people who hang out around the outside of the hotel. They did not beg money; but this could be unsettling to some visitors. We did not contact the management as it was no bother to us, but I did mention it upon checking out. They asked to be notified if we stay again as they are proactive in stopping this practice.

Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was clean and water pressure good, my big selling points. That said the hotel is starting to show its age a little, and then amenities, towels, and breakfast were only ok.

For the price in this area, it's a great value. Everything was up to date and clean, and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable with a firm and supportive mattress. No street noise or noise through the walls.
