Love the room, the access to fridge and microwave. Coffee/tea station great. The facility overall was beautiful and very clean! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Lovely place and I would recommend to all. My family and I enjoyed it so much!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Lumpy in spots. Would have like few extra pillows and blankets. A chair in bathroom would have been great. In the handicapp bathroom. Great assistant for handicapp bathroom. For exchanges out of shower, bath etc.

Definitely the staff stood out. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast in the morning were wonderful. The breakfast itself was terrific. The hot food wasn’t great, but the rest of the offering was more and better than expected. Lots of variety, toast, bagels and cream cheese, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Right off the highway, felt safe and secure leaving our car loaded up with paddle boards in the well lit parking lot. Comfortable bed, and nice room layout. Small fridge and coffee machine in the room was helpful.

The hotel is clean and breakfast was very good. The location is OK- local restaurants are few. The location for us traveling from point A to point B was perfect. They had the room needed for my 90+ year old Mom. Not many hotels to choose from in this area. Overall a positive stay and not our first.

The bed was very comfortable. We had the best sleep every night. Our room was really nice. The housekeeper named Annie was awesome, super nice, and did a great job. The breakfast was good, with choices

The shower and tub were spotted due to the hard water. The shower head was horrible. The housekeeper scrub it for us, but they ended up replacing the shower head with a new one.

Breakfast was good many choices, what I expected. Freshly cooked and served hot, well the eggs were. I am very satisfied with the breakfast and the 24 hour coffee bar.

I don’t like staying on a highway, however the location is very convenient for what I needed and expected. I don’t the cracked tiles or the old carpets.

Check in took a while, because the computer system wasn't working properly. I paid in advance, but they held me for 15 minutes so that they could add a $50 incidental fee. The front desk worker was nice and apologetic. She called a manager multiple times. The manager was inattentive and kept hanging up before the issue was resolved, then wouldn't answer at all. The manager should have told her to waive the fee, considering it was only a hold and one hundred percent refundable anyway rather than holding up the guest. Minor hiccup for an otherwise pleasant stay.

The pool was actually heated! A lot of hotels say heated pool but then they are freezing! The breakfast was fresh, and amazing! The staff was friendly and very helpful. That hotel is a rare gem that I did not know of. Now I will share it with everyone!

The breakfast selections were okay. They had pork sausage and turkey bacon. Also no options in pantry for after hours. But that was the only thing keeping it from a 10/10. If I could I'd only take .5 off for it.

Staff was amazing, some of the best service and customer relations I have ever experienced.

Could use better ventilation in pool room and some non slip mats around the pool

I had read online that the facility was very clean. Indeed, it was. They seem to take great pride in its cleanliness. I have no negatives to report. I definitely recommend this hotel.
