Definitely the staff stood out. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast in the morning were wonderful. The breakfast itself was terrific. The hot food wasn’t great, but the rest of the offering was more and better than expected. Lots of variety, toast, bagels and cream cheese, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Right off the highway, felt safe and secure leaving our car loaded up with paddle boards in the well lit parking lot. Comfortable bed, and nice room layout. Small fridge and coffee machine in the room was helpful.

The bed was very comfortable. We had the best sleep every night. Our room was really nice. The housekeeper named Annie was awesome, super nice, and did a great job. The breakfast was good, with choices

The shower and tub were spotted due to the hard water. The shower head was horrible. The housekeeper scrub it for us, but they ended up replacing the shower head with a new one.

Check in took a while, because the computer system wasn't working properly. I paid in advance, but they held me for 15 minutes so that they could add a $50 incidental fee. The front desk worker was nice and apologetic. She called a manager multiple times. The manager was inattentive and kept hanging up before the issue was resolved, then wouldn't answer at all. The manager should have told her to waive the fee, considering it was only a hold and one hundred percent refundable anyway rather than holding up the guest. Minor hiccup for an otherwise pleasant stay.

Compared to other hotel self-serve breakfasts, this one was excellent: attentive staff, refilling food items quickly. Never had biscuits from any other hotel, and they were great. The coffee - could not tell the difference between yours and Starbucks. The Front Desk Associate changed our room so we could be closer to the elevator as my husband has mobility issues. The bed was perfect - nice and firm. Tonight I am at a Hampton Inn and your property’s room - both standard - was superior in size and decor, however this is an older hotel.

Breakfast was great until the fire alarm

I knew the cause of the fire alarm but the staff should have evacuated the hotel or turned off the alarm when the cause was discovered. It sounded for way too long. I would assume the staff called the fire department as they never responded at all.

Breakfast was excellent--lots of good options and I appreciated the COVID precautions taken. The staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were great--oversized and very fluffy but not hard. I liked having a fridge available. When we left and then returned bc I had forgotten a pair of earrings in my room, the woman at the front desk recognized me and immediately had my key ready for whatever I'd forgotten.

The bathroom was just ok. It was clean, which for me is the most important thing. The shower head was old and not adjustable for the stream. There wasn't a thing decorating the walls, which made it feel institutional. That made me focus on the exposed pipes under the sink and a few fixtures that weren't properly finished while I was in there.

It was clean and convenient to where we needed to be.

It needs updating and could use a CLR treatment in the shower to get rid of soap scum on shower head.

The great complimentary breakfast. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. All the amenities we needed were there as well. Very friendly staff.

This is not a complaint. Just a nice thing to have would be higher toilets. As we are senior citizens, that would be a big plus.

Breakfast was great

Was a child running and jumping late at night. Parents just let child run and jump at late hours. Staff should put small kids and children on the first floor not the 3rd floor. So they don’t disturb someone underneath them.

Great services and excellent customer service. Very clean. I love your breakfast .
