Breakfast exceedingly limited. The manager was probably the most friendly, helpful, and professional I have ever dealt with here in the United States. The staff was similar, as well. The hotel was spotless, clean as any hotel, anywhere. The swimming pool was clean and the water perfect. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The manager and staff are great.

The jacuzzi tub in my room is showing some wear. The bathroom as a whole was clean. As a rule, anything older had been tastefully renewed or updated.

Waffles, cereal and yogurt was all. Ok but not many choices. Apples also. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean.

We were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. Wish we had known ahead since I find stairs difficult. Theys aid they had no room on the 1st floor but there were not many cars there. Maybe other rooms were not ready to be used. There was a small table in the room but no light near it. A lamp there would heve been helpful. It seemed rather pricey for the night.

Breakfast was OK. Cereal was fine but rarely what I normally have. Do-it-yourself waffle / pancake is novel and economical, but again, not what I normally enjoy. It was a nice breakfast. Eggs & sausage is always good, but that would require additional staff... and additional expense... so, I'm happy with your breakfast as is.

All staff were so friendly and very helpful And by allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled we were able to get some long needed rest from our long trip

I'm very appreciative because I wasn't only traveling with friends I had a few family members with me also my mom who's 87 years old really enjoyed the handicap accessible room the accommodations were perfect for her she was able to move around unencumbered

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Excellent WiFi. The staff was very courteous.

The town was small and we did not find a restaurant open. To our knowledge, there was only 2-3 fast food places to eat. Quality Inn offered breakfast but it was served very early and we needed to rest.

The room was very spacious and clean and we were glad they offered continental breakfast. The facility was very clean and well maintained.

The staff was friendly but not very attentive because they stayed on their phones most of the time

A big THANK YOU for the staff helping me get my phone back. (I forgot it in the room.) That reason alone makes me want to be back in the area so that I can stay there.

The price and location.

I ask if the hotel offer hot breakfast and she stated yes Waffles.... that's not a hot breakfast. No meat at all. No bacon, sausages, eggs. That's hot breakfast. And the cereal was not named brand which was hard and stale. The fruit was so beat up that I had to look through it all just to find a decent apple.

The friendly list of the people that was there the staff was very understandable helpful and polite

I did not like the breakfast they only had cereal waffle mix to make waffles apples and yogurt juice and coffee I did not like that I stay the other hotels that presented more selections than just that I thought it was hot breakfast they was going to be served there but it wasn't so I really don't know if I'm coming back to the hotel to have cold breakfast in the morning that's the only problem that I had with the hotel

We liked that it was a good stop in the middle of our journey on the Eastern Shore. The pool was nice; the breakfast was nice. Easy in and out. Nice sleep. And it was a great price.
