The room had tall ceilings and lots of space to walk around. The bed mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. There were plenty of tv channels to watch and the WiFi worked nicely. Also, plenty of bath towels. Rooms were quiet.

The furniture could be updated. There was a burn mark on the dresser and it seemed to be water damaged. There were a few spots of dirt that could have been easily missed too.

Breakfast exceedingly limited. The manager was probably the most friendly, helpful, and professional I have ever dealt with here in the United States. The staff was similar, as well. The hotel was spotless, clean as any hotel, anywhere. The swimming pool was clean and the water perfect. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The manager and staff are great.

The jacuzzi tub in my room is showing some wear. The bathroom as a whole was clean. As a rule, anything older had been tastefully renewed or updated.

Waffles, cereal and yogurt was all. Ok but not many choices. Apples also. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean.

We were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. Wish we had known ahead since I find stairs difficult. Theys aid they had no room on the 1st floor but there were not many cars there. Maybe other rooms were not ready to be used. There was a small table in the room but no light near it. A lamp there would heve been helpful. It seemed rather pricey for the night.

We were upgraded to a suite....large room & very clean & quiet. Liked that we were right at the side door, with the car right there.

Breakfast could use a bit of help. Pastries or donuts even. Waffles & cereal & yogurt, but we're on vacation....need pastries or bagels, lol!

Breakfast was OK. Cereal was fine but rarely what I normally have. Do-it-yourself waffle / pancake is novel and economical, but again, not what I normally enjoy. It was a nice breakfast. Eggs & sausage is always good, but that would require additional staff... and additional expense... so, I'm happy with your breakfast as is.

Hamel is the very best ,I believe he is the owner or st least the manager ,he is very kind and honest.also he remembered me from last years visit which was very impressive

Convenient location.

Shabby and worn furnishings. Pet fee is excessive at $40/night. The place we stayed the following night is $50 for 1-4 nights and $75 for longer stays. When there is no daily housekeeping, a daily charge is unreasonable.

Rooms had hard wood floors. Outdoor pool with beach balls and floats.

Limited breakfast. Self made waffles and cereal. Small and crowded dining area. Found hairs in the shower. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. They took the time to make sure my family was comfortable and enjoying our time during our stay. We definitely will be returning next summer and staying there again!

All staff were so friendly and very helpful And by allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled we were able to get some long needed rest from our long trip

I'm very appreciative because I wasn't only traveling with friends I had a few family members with me also my mom who's 87 years old really enjoyed the handicap accessible room the accommodations were perfect for her she was able to move around unencumbered
