The breakfast was good with good selections. The hotel was clean and well kept.

I requested a walk-in shower (not handicapped) instead of a tub and extra pillows as the site stated a tub or shower. Receipt of my request was confirmed, but neither request was honored. I was so tired from driving all day that I didn't argue the point. It was just one night, so just went with it. I will add that the bed was not as soft as I like.

We were on a roadtrip and we ended up being farther away from Roanoke than we'd thought. I had done the online check-in, and I figured it was too late to cancel without forfeiting the entire room rate. I called the hotel just to see whether, by some chance, I could cancel and not be charged. Donna was so kind and accommodating, and she agreed to cancel the reservation and not charge me. I was so thankful as we were still hours away, and we were too tired to keep driving. Thanks so much, Donna!

Location and breakfast were perfect. Bedding was extremely comfortable.

I had booked two rooms. One with a king bed and the other with two queens. Did not get a king bed. Also one room had a broken toilet seat and that same room did have an insect issue.

Room was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly.

The free breakfast was bad as usual. I say that as no matter where one stays it’s the same breakfast. As the “free” breakfast is more than likely included in the price of the room; maybe don’t include free breakfast and allow those who want to eat, pay for it separately.

The luxurious feel of the facility. They offer cookies in the lobby as well as breakfast during the mornings. We will definitely choose Fairfield Inn the next time we need a hotel

Honestly, we have no complaints! Maybe keep breakfast open until 9:30 am.

The location of the property was excellent. It was very close to the interstate making it very easy to get on and off the road. There were several dining spots close by, and the staff provided a list of places to go with ratings for each. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious.

I only have two suggestions. First, every room in a hotel should have grab bars, especially by the toilets, which are very low. Second, the beds are three feet off the floor. They are very comfortable, but very difficult for anyone with mobility problems to get into. the beds really could be lower. Also, it was difficult to see the TV with the beds so high, and the TV cabinet so low to the ground.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast choices were amazing.

A hot tub in the pool area would be a nice option.

Breakfast was great. There was plenty of variety. The staff was very nice. The location of the dining area was well placed.

It would have been nice to have bottled water in the hotel room and creamers for the coffee.
