Very clean hotel, spacious room, very comfortable bed. The sort of place you look forward to after a long day away from home. Small but calm breakfast room with fruit available. Plus there is a shuttle on demand that takes you from the hotel to the airport in 5min (would have loved to have it the other way round as well when I got there). Many thanks to the nice lady driving the shuttle! Much appreciated southern hospitality.

I emailed the hotel twice before travelling to ask about the shuttle service from the airport they never got back to me. The shuttle driver working for another hotel was kind enough not to leave me stranded at the airport on a Friday at midnight! It's a pity there are paper plates and bowls for breakfast...

The staff and property were excellent. I am a travel nurse and the location was easy to access and close to the hospital. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of breakfast items. There was access to coffee all day, and the pool was a treat. The lady working the breakfast shift worked so hard to ensure everyone had enough to eat. She worked continuously and went above enough food to meet the guest's needs. There were two large tour groups and only one employee to serve everyone. She did a FABULOUS job. I cannot remember her name but she deserves a shout-out. Also, the front desk staff was available and very helpful.

The room was large, clean, and warm/cozy. The bathroom was clean, a great shower, and a enough space on the sink for all our toiletries. The dining area was spotless. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted. The lobby is spotless. Brenda and the others were great as we traveled for a funeral. I will return.

The only thing I would change would be to add a good brand of coffee. Especially for the winter. The coffee was ok, but a good coffee would make it great.

We stopped in for an overnight stay. Was able to check in early. Saw a concert at VA Tech. Breakfast was hot and ready. Great breakfast choices. Room had a musty smell. Other than that, itis was clean and ready for use. Staff was friendly and curteous.

The smell in the room was a little overpowering. Very musty and feet smelling. The line for the waffles was a little long. Maybe another waffle maker? However, everyone was friendly and patient waiting their turn.

Great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and Valley View shopping center with spacious room, comfortable beds, extremely clean, especially the bathroom and shower area, which really made our stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The property was well maintained and the free parking was also a great feature. Free breakfast was also amazing and much appreciated. Staff were all, friendly, courteous, professional, and very welcoming.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property.

The location is near shopping mall with a lot of restaurants around. No opportunity for sightseeing, but good place to stop, traveling through Roanoke VA. Hotel staff was very pleasant offering us to park our bikes at the front porch due to rainy weather. The breakfast was better than average.

The room was out of bath supplies and they were not refilled despite we asked at the front desk. Also all doubled electrical sockets had only one socket working and another one not

Breakfast was good, not great. Staff kept it stocked, though, and the coffee was always hot and ready. The room was clean and the bed was firm but still comfortable.

Apparently, there was a high school wrestling tournament filling up most of the hotel. That made for a crowded and LOUD breakfast area every morning. There was a lot of running and playing in the hallways by younger kids and past midnight, and piles of trash (mostly pizza boxes) outside doors and near the elevator.

Breakfast was good could use a different options other than eggs sausage. Maybe offer turkey sausage t

I had a smoke alarm battery go out in the room around 6 am. I reported it to the front desk. No one seemed concerned or have a sense of urgency . I return to room around 830 and it was not done. When I returned later in the day I found that it was complete.

Room was really clean, staff was very helpful and professional. We lost our cat while at the hotel and staff helped look for her during our time there. We unfortunately had to leave the next day without our cat but the staff stated they'd give us a call if they found her. After a week we received the call from the staff they had found our cat and was taking care of her until we could travel back. I can't thank the staff enough for their caring and taking care of our pet until we came to get her.

Nothing bad about my experience, great stay during our visit.

The location great in relation to the airport. Breakfast was ok, but I think I'm just used to the little extras from some of the other places I've stayed

There was a light blinking on the cappacino machine. When I asked the kitchen person about it, he opened it up and looked for a second, closed it and kind of shrugged his shoulders. I don't know when it got fixed but I was able to have cappacino again the following morning.
