Service was great, we were assigned a room that has a leak in the ceiling and the staff behaved very kindly to change us to a better room. Location was ok.

Price per night was excessive but maybe because it was on VT graduation week. The fitness center did not have weights, although they offer me to use the gold's gym nearby it was not very convenient.

The room layout is very spacious at the price point, and the bed was very comfortable. CLEAN! Staff are friendly and accommodating. This location was a random stay over point for a lengthy South to North road journey. It will likely be a stop again in the future, but we will make time to explore the absolutely beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains!

In-room coffee, blah. On property dining is not as advertised.

The hotel was very clean, staff were extremely polite, and our room was very cozy for my spouse and I and our two children. Very pleased with our stay and will definitely be back!

The indoor pool was very very cold. We couldn’t swim in it without our lips turning purple. But I’m sure in the summer time, it’s warmer!

It was clean,roomy,and all of the staffing was extremely friendly

The only thing I didn’t like is my room was supposed to be to come with a sofa bed and it was only a small sofa type thing that did not turn into a sofa bed so sleeping arrangements we’re extremely tight

The staff was so friendly. We arrived late Christmas Eve after many cancelled flights and delays. The young man at the front desk was so kind, warm and friendly. We were hungry and the cafe was closed. He offered to make us some breakfast sandwiches to take the edge off the hunger until the morning. He even made us a bowl of fruit. After being transferred to different airports then cancelled along the way, he was an angel! (I was so tired I forgot to ask his name!….he got off at 11pm that night). As always the room was huge and gave us weary travelers plenty of space to flop and decompress. Breakfast was AMAZING…..and it was Christmas Day! We will continue to use this as our home base when visiting our family in Roanoke. Great work!

The breakfast was great. The room was very spacious. The couch was nice. Plenty of space. There was a desk. Great location for shopping and dining. Coffee was delicious and available all the time.

The heating system was a little loud but not terrible.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate my earlier than expected arrival and met my needs for a room set up for folks with disabilities . Desk staff was great in providing info for restaurants, nearby attractions Shuttle system was great , reliable, and cheerful! Location provided for lots of access to nearby restaurants etc Shuttle could take you there too.

I love the location of this property and the closeness to the mall and my family. It only takes me 5 minutes to travel to my family’s residence. This hotel is as close to perfection for me and my lodging needs when visiting Roanoke.

Absolutely nothing. The property is amazing.

Love how nice the staff was and made sure we was will taken care of. Very clean and comfortable not loud like some places.

If I had to not like and thing the bathroom could have been a little bigger the room need to have a microwave.

I like the overall quality of this hotel. I have stayed here before when I visited my dad, and the service is always great. From the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is great as well.

Can't say there was anything to complain about.
