We stayed at this hotel on our way from New York to Carolina—we just picked a random town and hotel, and were very pleasantly surprised. The town is very clean and cozy, surrounded by mountains, with fresh air and beautiful blooming trees. The hotel has a great location, very close to the airport, and we didn’t have to drive far off the main road. There’s parking right next to the hotel, so no need to worry about where your car is—it’s right outside your window. It was quiet all around, and nothing disturbed our peaceful sleep. The hotel is wonderful. The young woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can tell the hotel isn’t brand new, but everything is so well maintained that you immediately feel relaxed, like you’re at home. I honestly regret that we only stayed for one night—I’d love to come back again.

Clean, quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Outdated shower; no coffee available except during breakfast hours; restaurant was overpriced and very poor quality food. Free continental breakfast would have been nice touch for cost of room. No listing of any hotel amenities in room (for example, I had no idea what restaurant hours were; no WiFi password provided; no listing of local restaurants that would deliver; no idea what pool/exercise room times of availability). Pool towels were very thin, small, poor quality (most likely purchased at local discount/thrift store).

The staff person at the front desk was wonderful during our check-in process. She was helpful, courteous and efficient. The same was true during our check out.

When we went to get a meal at the small eatery, the staff person there was awful. She didn't look at us and didn't acknowledge us. It became so awkward that we walked away, left the building, and got something to eat elsewhere. The eatery was not that busy, so it was odd for a worker to do that. She was either poorly trained or didn't care about her job, and she certainly should not be working in the hospitality industry.

Great location, near the highways. Friendly staff with a nice bistro/bar eating area in the lobby. Starbucks too if you're in the mood. Swimming pool area is well maintained along with the jacuzzi. The entire interior was incredibly clean with no equipment out of order that we could see, the smells were kind, and any guest interaction was pleasant. Would recommend anytime!

No obvious complaints about anything. If we had to name one thing - the hot tub wasn't quite as warm as you'd expect and can't be temp adjusted. Beyond that, all smiles!

Cannot rate the staff here highly enough; they were friendly, accommodating and responsive. Shuttle from airport was quick and driver lovely. Room was sizeable, spotless and well-appointed. Bed was large and very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

If I were to nitpick? The pool is very small and we had some issues with the locking mechanism on our door (which were looked into very quickly by maintenance).

Everyone was very sweet and accommodating, but what I loved most was the gentleman that checked me in gave me a room near the pool and exercise room and on the first floor for an old lady that meant everything. Rooms were clean. Very accommodating.

I guess I've gotten spoiled by the breakfast buffets and I really do like those. This hotel did not offer that. However, everything else was fantastic so I pretty much overlooked the buffet.

Noisy room… you can hear people talking in the hallway & in the parking lot… we were on the 3 rd floor. Concierge at desk didn’t tell us about the $20 incidental policy or what time to checkout…. Not too friendly.

Comfortable beds, convenient to airport (free 24 hr shuttle) nice hot tub, pool and exercise rooms. Nice restaurant, and pleasant lobby with fireplace. Got snowed in for four days and was a cozy pleasant place to be stuck.

We booked our room on the way through booking.com. When we arrived we were greeted with a wonderful lady at the front desk. When we asked if there might be a 1st floor room. She said certainly and even gave us an upgraded room.

The food at dinner and breakfast were excellent , way above the usual buffet fare. Actual fresh cooked and good choices.

The room had an uncomfortable circular sofa. Only spot to sit except desk chair. The WiFi was not strong. I kept dripping the connection
