We traveled with our two dogs and the room we were assigned was nearest an exit that was NOT the main lobby and we could easily take our pets outside without disturbing other guests. It was also at the end of the hallway which meant very little people traffic that would alert our dogs. We also loved that the room's heating/ac were easily controlled for our comfort. Staff was very pleasant and bed was super comfy!

Soaps & shampoo / body wash in dispensers but understand this is a cost savings for the hotel. We had previously experienced this on a trip in the UK so wasn't totally odd - but still not a fan.

It was easy to get to, it was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast you had was very good and a nice selection. I brought my puppy with me so of course I had to do the very early potty time and I was comfortable going out front with her as it was very well lit!

As it is not your fault, I found the hotel was not very sound proof. You could hear the people above moving around so much a few times it sounded like they were moving furniture. Also, I had a connecting room and with both doors closed you could hear clearly their conversations. Again, I don't blame you, just the construction of it so maybe things will be corrected on future construction of your hotel chain.

The hotel is very clean and the beds and pillows are AMAZING. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and delicious. They had cozy chairs by a fireplace and you could watch TV while enjoying breakfast. Nice atmosphere. Great quality Dove shampoo and soap in rooms!

The receptionist was very young and not knowledgeable about her job. She had to call management about literally everything. She was not accommodating or friendly. Not a great time to train staff on Christmas travel times.

The cleaning lady was very polite and was diligent about making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and they were able to give me a room on the first floor per my request.

Honestly the breakfast was a let down. I am Gluten Free (not by choice) and there wasn't any options except for the eggs and they were horrible. They tasted fishy. They did offer strawberry and peach instant oatmeal however neither are GF. Other than the lack of GF options our stay was pretty good 👍

Very impressed with this hotel! Our room was big and the separate toilet/ shower from sink and vanity was a very nice feature. Bed and sofa comfy! Staff friendly and breakfast was very good! Pool was nice but could have used a skimming! Would definitely book this hotel again!

Really clean and staff were excellent. Very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Lamps only were far short of necessary lighting in bath vanity area. Also there was no slip mat input tub. I placed a small towel in there but it did not stop my slipping and falling out of the tub. Luckily I was only hurt a little. Will never use those tubs again if I stay there again. Not safe.

On the way to Pigeon Forge, TN. This motel is easy on and off the interstate. Check-in was very easy. Luggage cart at the front door made moving our clothes, etc. to the second floor easy. We used their laundry and that was efficient. Our room was huge with nice seating, unique furniture, plenty of electric plugs, superb wifi, comfy bed. Staff was rather standoffish.

I liked the hotel. modern clean quiet. very comfortable mattress and clean bed linen. there were no foreign odors in the room. there was everything necessary. very friendly staff, check-in was quick. I was pleased with the good breakfast. I recommend guests to stay in this department

no comments or suggestions. everything corresponded to the price and quality for this level of the hotel. clean, quiet. We spent the night, drank coffee and moved on.

Location was good. The food and selection of foods was not as well done as the other hotels where I have stayed.

The eggs weren’t good. The muffins were not eatable. There was not a good choice of pastries. I ended up dumping the food and leaving. I have never done that anywhere else.

Very clean rooms, A/C worked wonderfully, TV was zero hassle to connect my xbox on.

Very squeaky beds, just trying to get out without waking my partner was impossible. Shower took about 10 minutes to get warm, and then was very finicky, swinging between burning hot and ice cold.
