We traveled with my son and his family and booked two queen rooms. They were excellent rooms, very clean and the motel is in a quiet location.

I paid for the rooms on Booking but one of the staff working the desk charged my son again for his room saying my credit card was not accepted. I found out the next day that my son was charged $310 on his card. When I checked out on Sunday, the desk staff told me she could not correct it, I would have to contact Booking. I called the motel Monday morning and spoke with a very nice lady who took my information and corrected the mistake immediately. All of the front desk staff need to know how to make corrections to erroneous credit card charges.

Room was very spacious, hotel was in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Just a short drive and you find grocery stores, Dunkin and Starbucks, and the Roanoke campus.

The room was not as clean as it should have been (ie Lighter in the corner on the floor which probably wasn't found as it appeared the carpet close to the wall hadn't been vacuumed for quite some time.)

The children loved making their own waffels.

The bathroom floor had unremovable stains. The room had very little wardrobe space, we had suitcases all over the place. The only existing closet was full of hotel accessories and we could not store any of our stuff in there.

This stay was amazing! I was here for a conference that was happening at Roanoke college, and this was very close and convenient to the location. The room was so amazing and it was very clean, spacious, and the bathroom was amazing! The breakfast the next day was also really tasty and, given that I had left my wallet accidentally in my room, the staff called me immediately to let me know, which was above and beyond amazing!

Everything. I was very surprised how clean this hotel is. Staff was very friendly. When I checked in the lady at the front desk helped me out with a booking issue that I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Third floor hallway rug was dirty: stained, bits of paper trash visible.

Very nice, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and very convenient. It was un a nice area of town.

Was somewhat disappointed in the breakfast. Didn't have waffle machine and was expecting a full breakfast. That's what your website made it sound like. Also, was surprised there was no small refrigerator in room.

I think the cheese/ham croissants could have been kept from being over heated on steam table. The cheese had melted away and the croissant was getting hard and dry. The carpet in room was dark blue but I could tell it needed shampooing because it left my knee with dirt stains and edges and corners of floor hasn't been touch in a while, dust accumulation.

Oops! I liked the location. I liked the room except the above mentioned. Bathroom was very clean. The TV was large enough and the channel selection was adequate. The staff was friendly, especially the cleaning staff.

I loved the cleanliness, ease of getting the room. The breakfast was phenomenal and their 1 employee did an amazing and outstanding job.

The parking lot is small.

The pool was closed for repairs. It would have been nice if this could have been noted on Booking.com. This gives the customer the option to still choose or not choose this location.
