We choose Quailty because are experience with them is the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy and the staff are the best.. They didn't let us down. They enlightened us about a restaurant next to the motel and I recommend it to. We were close to town and the family we came to see and stores were near by. And to top it off a view of the mountains

Not enough shade to sit outside

The staff was very welcoming and lovely, young man, african american. I liked the layout of the place, people could use the sink whilst others showered. And the breakfast was really good with the waffle maker.

Maybe there could be more fruits in the breakfast and maybe also adding a source of protein other than eggs. For convenience, there could be an elevator to take suitcases up.

Very conveniently located off I81. This is an older small motel but it appears the rooms have been recently painted and the bathrooms updated. The rooms are not large but the mattress is comfortable although the pillows could be upgraded. The included breakfast was ok. We would definitely stay here again as it is fine for a one night stay.

Pillows could be firmer and larger and breakfast would benefit from some bacon or sausage rather than the creamed biscuits.

Very comfortable, safe, and clean place. Staff was very nice and available. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Our only issues here waz that housekeeping would open the door when they came Around without even knocking or anything. They never actually walked in without asking us. However, they fully open the door and stuck their head in evrn when door was locked. There was absolutely no privacy there with that. Don't get me wrong, they only did it one time a day. But that was enough if one of us had been Standing there naked or something . The other issue was the fact that we were paying daily. I was making reservations through the websites and paying when I got in from work. I was not able to get there Until close to twelve, when check out was actually at eleven. Even starting the very first day before they were aware of that and every day after, they would come knocking on the door starting a little after ten a m, and we're vety adamant about pwying or leaving the room with my daughter, who was scared by this regardless if I had the reservation or not. Now on the website. It says if I have a reservation. It is available to me until 8 AM the next day and if you don't show up they will Charge your card for the stay regardless. The staff would not recognize this, but were doing what the owner required them to do. Considering check out wa's not until 11, there was no reason for them to be coming any earlier than 11 AM anyway to begin with, then if you look at my reservation time availsble also that is even more reason for them to not start coming until much later than 11 also.. However, starting around 10 AM every day they were actually. coming to the room with only my daughter there, Pushing her about either paying or getting out of the room before Our paid time was up, not even recognizing a reservation time that was available as well. and scaring her in the process. When that was really uncalled for.

Good location, parking available and decent room. Please note that cleanliness is a little dirty .... And it would be nice if a few more hygiene products (soap, shampoo and shower gel) were made available.

The cleanliness is still to be reviewed the biggest was done but not the details including a dead insect behind the curtain and hair in the bathroom and dust on the coffee corner.

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was like new , refinished. very kind and helpful front desk personnel. HOT breakfast OK. Concerned at first that they allowed pets-dogs only, we were told those rooms are not given to non-pet owners, as they are understanding of allergies that many have And are kept separate on the facility. However we did not see. or hear any dogs on the property.

Rooms have outside access only, 2 levels. Although the normal rate is very affordable, the rate during our stay was WAY overpriced for this property because of VA Tech graduation in Blacksburg 40 minutes away. We had to pay almost 3x the usual price per night, which is the amount usually charged by some upscale hotels, of which this is definitely not. however, other hotels in the area were also booked so we had no choice. 

From the beginning with staff on the phone prior to our arrival, service was excellent!! Upon our arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was wonderful, and accommodating!! The room was newly renovated, clean, and comfortable!! A convenient restaurant right next door was awesome! The pool was clean, which made our grandson very happy! As we kidnapped him for a week!🤣😂😅

NOTHING!

King size bed was very comfortable, very clean room, bathroom recently refinished, very nice.  Hot breakfast OK- eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, yogurt, cereal. pastries. Coffee was not good, but other options nearby the hotel. desk personnel were very kind and helpful. Concerned at first that they permitted dogs on the property, we were told that they keep these rooms separate for dog owners only, understanding many have allergies to animals. Only dogs were permitted on the property no other pets. However, we did not see, or hear any dogs during our stay.

This is a two level outside-entrance only facility. We stayed three nights, one night at a standard low affordable rate, and the next two nights had to pay nearly three times that low rate because of Virginia Tech graduation that was taking place in Blacksburg, over 40 minutes away. The rate we paid was comparable to a standard rate of a upscale hotel, of which this is certainly not. Because other hotels in the area were completely booked we had no choice but to pay this exorbitant rate for a budget hotel.

I really liked the look of the room. I don’t usually notice the decor, but it was obvious that the owners really tried hard to give their rooms class. I especially liked the backlit mirror with crackled glass lamps. Everything in the room looked new and fresh. This is more the exception than the rule in motel buildings. Kudos!

Very nice property!

Only complaint is that I used Booking.Com and according to them this is a Pet Friendly no fee Hotel. However, when I checked in, I saw that there was a $25 fee per pet per night not to mention a $100 deposit for cleaning. This needs to be stated upfront on Booking as once you arrive and have paid already it is a little too late.
