The location was good but access to parking was problematic. The room was spacious. The AC was quite adequate, and the bed was comfortable.

The shower curtain was about 3+ inches too short and the floor had to be mopped after using the shower because it was flooded. The operation of the TV was NOT intuitive and took great effort to use it - I have NEVER encountered such a user UNfriendly entertainment system. The light switch by the entrance door did not control any light in the room so you entered a blackened room at night trying to find a light switch.

Comfortable room and clean.

We were in room 103 and there was significant noise outside our room with loud conversation starting around 5:15am. It may have been staff getting there ti have breakfast ready - in which case I thank them for coming! But please be aware that the doors are not soundproof!

breakfast was good, except the breaded chicken was odd. The EV charger worked perfectly. Room was well appointed & clean. The lady at check in was great.

There was no remote for the TV in the room. The clock had not been set to daylight savings time and the buttons to change it were locked down. The lady at the front desk fixed the TV issue.

Breakfast was good. Great location. Awesome welcome by staff... very helpful. Complimentary fresh baked cookies and apples and water bottles available. Excercise room was good, but small.

I would have liked the option of green tea at breakfast.

The design of the tub could be better. The bottom of the bathtub was concave shaped making it hard for my mother to balance. She ended up falling upon trying to step out, no injuries thank goodness. Just a heads up to other customers.

The rooms were very clean and fresh. The free breakfast ran from 6 until 10 am. and had a large variety of foods. Contactless check-in was very helpful.

Would have liked a better selection of free channels on TV.

Nice facilities, clean, friendly people - unfortunately the elevator wasn't working and they told me this after I checked in and received a third story room. Of course as a business traveler I have a lot of gear so that was inconvenient having to lug all that gear up two stories.

It was the best Hampton Inn where I’ve ever stayed. Beautiful corner room, sparkling clean, excellent amenities. The only weakness is those awful paper cups instead of real glasses or even plastic. The pool area was lovely, as was the breakfast area. Kitchen and front desk staff were extremely helpful.

Love the double room, pool was nice and clean which my daughter loved, breakfast was decent and plenty options, extra points for fresh cookies at check in desk which tasted great!

Could use some better pillows but other than that everything was great

Breakfast needs improvement. Some type of egg patty was served that looked and tasted awful.
