The hotel was clean, well maintained and excellent staff. I over slept one morning and was about to start my day with no coffee or breakfast. The staff member said she had not started to clean up yet and for me to go ahead and help myself. Even offering to remake my toast because she thought I had burned mine. Over the top service!!

Nothing to not like.

Love the location, I had a swollen knee, one of the Hispanic Ladies as she was walking into work, asked if I needed help, I gestured no, but she grabbed my back pack & assisted me to my truck, she went beyond her duties & I truly appreciate the assistance

The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the pull out sofa in the living area for my grandson

There should be a door between the living area and bedroom. It could be a sliding door or pocket door. Would be good for blocking noise between the two rooms

The parking was tight. Especially for the one side of the building. Housekeeping was persistent even after she was told no service. And I was asked several times if I had checked out and they could get into the room. It wasn’t close to checkout time. She did not want to wait.

Room was very big, beds were very comfortable, AC worked well, no sounds from other rooms or the hallway.

The free breakfast could be improved - it was not attended by staff and there were issues that surfaced which needed someone to address. Coffee machine didn't make coffee hot enough.

The proximity to the hospital was good. The bed was very comfortable.

The heater didn't want to come on for a long time, then it was intermittent throughout the night. The shower door didn't latch shut, making a puddle on the floor.

Very clean,well stocked, smelled good. And such amazing staff. Will definitely be back if we are in the area.

Only thing I would like to see better is the parking lot. I almost fell at night time coming in because there was not enough lights and I stepped on a black walnut and almost went down but my husband caught me.

Updated rooms, lots of channels on tv, good wifi, breakfast included close to everything. Free paper .

Stains on hallway carpet from pets?. Walls needed painting with black marks on them. Carpet wrinkled.
