Location for us was perfect, the Hotel appeared to be new and in excellent condition and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We asked for recommended place to eat and they had a full list list prepared and some advice as well. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. Great value for an overnight stay. Worth mentioning is the fact that I left sweater in the room and Sandra reached out to me by email to inform me and left her number to call back, when I did they offered to ship it to me (my dime of course). I have left plenty of items in hotel rooms in the past, none have initiated contact to advise me, I find this to be exceptional and caring service. Thank You Sandra.

There was nothing we did not like.

The hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room clean and quiet. The hotel is up to date. This will be the hotel we stay at everytime we come to Salem for now on.

When we got there the pool was broke and they had just filled it up, the water was ice cold. We booked this specific hotel because of the pool but we understand things happen that is out of their control, so I don’t blame the hotel at all. We will most definitely stay here again.

Clean. Quiet comfortable. Staff was great. I left something in my room and received a text shortly after leaving and my left behind item was mailed to me by a manager. I was very greatfull. U will definitely go back there.

I liked everything .

We had to come & stay for a sporting event for our son. It was a quick stay, but the accommodations were nice and clean and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here for this type of thing & we will definitely stay here again if we need to travel to the area again.

No complaints.

Location was perfect. Like all Hampton Inns, they are right off the interstate/highway which is extremely convenient. The Breakfast was very good. This is another reason why I choose Hampton Inns when I travel.

I can’t think of anything that I did not like. The sliding bathroom door was different. Not sure if I like that better than a closed door.

Breakfast was fine and really nice it was from 6:00am to 10:00am everyday. Had an indoor pool but we did not use it. The closet door was a very large mirror. Bed was comfortable with very comfortable pillows. What was a bonus was that in the bathroom, there was already supplied large bottles attached to the wall shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with body lotion and hand soap by the sink.

Our room had obvious water damage in the bathroom and the exhaust fan did not work. There was literally not drawers to place any of our clothing and the closet was way too small for two people to share. The lighting in the room, even with all the lamps, were not very bright. In our friend’s room, the bathroom door was a very large sliding mirror that you could not lock while it was occupied.

Location was close enough to VT with a good price and a really comfortsble room. Solid value for a weekend where all hotels gouge because they can. We would have liked to stsy righ near the school but the prices were just insane. Hampton inn will definitely have our business again!

Facility was very clean and open. Coffee, tea, and fruit were available in the lobby at all times, and there was also a small selection of snacks we could purchase if needed. Breakfast area was very spacious and the food was tasty. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 3. Bathroom was roomy and had a large counter space and plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable. There was a nice gym area and indoor pool as well. The hotel was full but very quiet and peaceful.

Not a big deal, but there was no bar soap in the room for the shower, although there was a pump bottle of shower gel. Also, the elevators seemed a little rickety, but they got us from floor to floor without incident.

Our go-to place when in-town to visit our son at college. Clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast options with gluten free options for my husband.

Noisy guests near our room woke us up in the middle of the night ( not the hotels fault, just rude people).

Staff was very friendly. location was great, right off highway.

I booked a two queen bed room and the beds were not queen size. Need to adjust water setting the water in sink gets extremely hot. For how much you pay a night I would expect more. very limited channels on TV and you can’t cast or stream so smart tvs recommend! The elevators seem to be not working properly, I did not feel safe so we took the stairs.
