very clean and comfortable facility. Excellent staff. Clerk called us in out room after check in to make sure everything was ok. Nice touch. Much better breakfast that the usual gross "free" breakfast at other budget hotels. Good coffee.

No where could I find the amount listed for the pet fee, only that there "may be" one. I don't have a problem with the fee, only that it is not disclosed until arrival. Don't like surprises.

It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, conventional location, great breakfast 24/7 fresh ground coffee, also tea, water, plain and sparkling, and hot chocolate.

I wish they had a pool, I traveled with teens, so they were a bit bored at night.. nonetheless, still one of the best hotels We have stayed at!

The location was perfect. Right off the freeway. Quiet and pretty location. Clean rooms, clean hotel. Breakfast was not really a breakfast. Grab and go items. As usual nothing for people with gluten allergies. Seems to be a common theme with hotels.

Have gluten free options available. There are lots of items to have available. The world has come a long way in 25 years.

The hotel is clean, new, the staff were exceptional as was the coffee! They were very dog friendly as well. We had our Aussiedoodle with us , and she got lots of attention. Close to downtown Salem and Roanoke. Right off the interstate for easy on and off, if that is what you are looking for.

Only complaint is the bathroom didn't have a fanned vent.

This is a great place to stay, it’s everything you want for an overnight. Rooms are exceptional, very comfortable.

I had already booked via the app and then was told they don’t rent to locals even though I had stayed here prior a little over a month ago, I had an additional “holding” charge that cost me more than the initial booking, basically having to pay twice but was assured that the manager would reimburse me for the second charge.

Close to highway so very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pillows had pillowcases that said if it was a firm or medium pillow. We were in the accessible room so the bathroom was spacious and had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Shower water pressure was great! Room temperature control was very good.

The bed was open underneath—did not have the box frame that goes all the way to the floor. I found a child’s water bottle from a previous guest under one of the beds. Breakfast was okay— convenient and did have some variety.

The rooms provide plenty of space as a place to stay. At first, the room appeared spartan. It did not take long to realize the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beverage area and the food provided for breakfast were a great addition. The staff members were friendly and informative, providing us with the history of the company and the reasoning behind the room layouts and services provided. Excellent stay.

didn’t realize people could bring dogs - they should warn people who don’t like dogs and hopefully have no dogs rooms available - some of the people staying there gave us concern for safety - very sketchy!

Our check in clerk was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was perfect for our needs. Loved being on the first floor with our dog, plus the ice machine and water bottle filling station were great amenities. Breakfast was a nice assortment of options. Will definitely stay there again on our way home.

This is a great location, not far off the interstate, making it easy to travel. The staff allowed us to check in a few minutes early. The breakfast was different but there was plenty of everything and coffee. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The management was beneficial. I will be staying there next year when we go back.
