10/10 customer service, slept well every single night, my only complaint was that the area around the hotel was a little sketchy but that’s not exactly something they can control. It would get a little loud in the morning from other guests too but that’s also not their fault. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind, the shower pressure was perfect, beds were super comfortable and I really can’t recommend it here enough. 100 percent worth the price!

An OK but a "hot breakfast" was offered : scrambled egg with cheese , waffle maker (with batter) & coffee. Several different cold yogurts and juices were available. The day desk staff was attentive to the food line as well as their check out desk duties. The check in staff was welcoming , helpful, & friendly. The room looked like it was attended to, no lingering/ covered up odors.

a better weekend hot breakfast offering would have been to include a meat offering (sausage (links or patties) or biscuits & gravy. Similar facilities offer this on weekends. The "safety mat " on the floor in the food area was worn, & torn in places, SHOULD BE replaced. In our room I was looking for an outlet: found one behind a bedside table BUT there was a layer of thick dust on top and on the wall baseboard, (that I wiped off the outlet). From what I observed, the rest of the room looked well attended to.

Nice staff, very helpful. Nice room, clean, comfortable, quiet, cool, everything nice. Great breakfast, pleasant clean dining area, a real treat to have a good choice of cereal, real juice, eggs, yoghurt and fruit. Location is great too, lots of eateries on the doorstep and a Kroger across the road.

The gentleman at the front desk was SO kind. We had a great chat while he got my key ready and he was very helpful. Room was clean and newly renovated

Even in a non-smoking room, we could smell people's cigarettes through the vents.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He told me how to get to the best places in town to eat. The parking, right outside the room was great. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The mattress was very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and let me know about the amenities of the hotel.

The furniture could use some updating. I couldn't get the TV to work. However, I didn't report it to the front desk. I just watched TV on my phone.

Prices were very reasonable (as long as you book ahead online), it was clean (even smelt clean), love that it’s got a fridge and microwave, bed was really comfy, and it’s close enough to walk to Food Lion, General Dollar and several restaurants. All-in-all a very pleasant stay.

Their WiFi was AWFUL!!!!!! I mean JUST TERRIBLE! I had to go out on the balcony and LITERALLY hang over it just to check my email. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED about that but that’s my only complaint and I would guess an easy fix on their end.

The three reception people they have the manager and a man and another lady they're real nice except for that one night person that comes in at 11:00 is very disrespectful

I did not like the reception person he's very disrespectful when I return my key he will need open the door for me to give him the key

The front desk clerk was friendly and great. The room was absolutely perfect, despite the other negative reviews, our room was near spotless and had no bad odor.

Bathroom is small, but common.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were out of Decaf coffee and went to the store to get me some to brew in my room. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.
