Great Location! The location made it very easy for me to leave and get to the hospital within just a few minutes. Great Motel and Loved the fact that the keys had to be used to access the elevator, with this I felt secure at the motel.

The one thing we got aggravated about was, back at home a (2 hour drive for us) We were having an ice storm so left early so I could get my husband to the vehicle and to Roanoke without a fall. He had to Have a Cervical Fusion on His Neck on the 20th so we came down a day early. With the storm and leaving our house early we had to wait 2 1/2 hours before we Checked in. This was a disappointment since My Husband was Already in a lot of pain and the sitting the 2 extra Hours was so hard on him. I feel the $50 charge for people who are there for surgery at the hospital should be thought out a little better. May have the person show the order where surgery is scheduled or something. Have a Blessed Day

The property was easy to find and looked fresh and new. The staff was also very welcoming. Our room was clean, and I liked the available Dove products in the bathroom, along with the little touches Housekeeping made with the towels and washcloths. We were also happy to have a microwave and refrigerator since we have stayed in facilities in the past that had one or the other. The free breakfast is always a good option, too! .

My husband used the coffee maker, and black sediment was floating in his coffee, so we went to Starbucks.

It was very clean, very comfortable and had extra touches in all of the right places, like extra hooks on the walls, right where you’d need them to be. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected.

It’s in an area that seems to be close to a sketchier part of town, but they did seem to make extra efforts to keep their property secure and safe. I did not feel unsafe, but I wouldn’t have let my teens outside of the hotel alone.

It was accessible, clean and the beds where very comfortable. They made sure to see all my requests where taken care of.

There was no milk or yogurt at breakfast. When asking the breakfast staff she just said yeah we are out instead of putting out a sign. They kept refilling the cereal to which they still had no milk. A lot of people were not happy. That was my only complaint about the stay.

Easy to check into, loved that Starbucks was in the parking lot, and the room was comfortable and clean!

Area. Lots of unhoused people walking around by the hotel. Definitely didn’t make me feel safe, especially with all the signs warning you not to leave anything in your car!

The whole hotel is great, the breakfast is nice, the outdoor patio is comfy when it's not sweltering. The rooms are very clean and taken care of, as well as the ability to cast to the TV was a plus for me and my gf. Overall very good stay.

The only thing I can complain about is the price. When I first went there, it was affordable and it didn't hurt the wallet, but the prices have doubled if not tripled so sadly I don't see myself going back much anymore

VERY basic! Yes it's clean, but how basic the place is, it should be easy to keep clean. Dry eggs and pancakes from a machine. Also, get ready to have house keeping beating on your door 15 till check out asking if your staying or not. Yeah for $150 a night, NOT WORTH IT.

Breakfast was just right with scrambled eggs, sausage links and Pattie's, pastries, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and u can make yr own pancakes. Coffee 24/27. Check out convenient with checkout via email. Staff very pleasant. Facility only 3 yrs old so fairly new and clean. Enjoyed use of fitness room and pool. Walkable to Berguland Center.

Close your everything- the staff work really hard to provide a great room- super clean, great beds, weekend breakfast is great too!!

The traffic pattern here - and most all of Roanoke is horrible-the city should think about making an entire new road system- this time think about how cars work!

Unfortunately we were only in Roanoke one night before heading to Florida. The room was immaculate and very comfy. We did ask for a late check out and were awakened to tell us it was okay. We had gotten in late the night before and I was in a deep sleep when the phone rang. Other than that, it is a lovely hotel and remarkably clean!
