Great bar! ooops! this is one of the answers for the next question or just an observation....we went across the street to waffle house. The hotel breakfast buffet is $11.99 and we just don't eat that much. no advertising for ordering off the menu.

the entry is very loud, everything is glass and pretty. but the noise just bounces around and down the hall. You need fabric in the foyer to absorb the sound. The bed was not made. when I asked why the answer was did you request full service? No , I didn't know I had to there was no signage at check in. If it is not standard operating procedure then ask me if I want my bed made. That is one of the joys of staying at a hotel!

this property is large with lots of wings and floors and lots of parking near any door you need to get into. The standard room was pretty large and clean. They have a bar in the lobby and (while I didn’t use it) the pool facilities and outdoor areas looked fine.

it feels more like a motel than a hotel 🤷🏻‍♀️ when I was there only one elevator was working, and it wasn’t the one in the lobby so I had to walk way down the first floor to find another elevator to my floor. sometimes staff were not at the front desk

Clean and comfortable.

I requested an accessible room which I received but the elevator next to the room was out of service. There the room was not very accessible for someone who recently had a knee replacement. I had to stop along the hallway to rest because of this issue. If the hotel knew it was down, why put me in room next to that elevator when I specifically requested an accessible room.

Property was close to where we where meeting family.

Person at desk could not find my reservation. Ended up paying more for room and took the new years room package at additional cost. And when we got to lounge we were told that they didn’t have us listed to be there. So we just went elsewhere to bring in New Year’s Eve. Seams to be a lot of confusion with every step we made there. Some training may be needed !!! Breakfast next morning we were told at 9:30 that doors would be closing soon. So we went to Waffle House across the road so not to make them late to close.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms exceptionally clean. Loved that I had a place to work out while on a mini vacation for my 1yr old granddaughters pageant. I was in shopping 🛍 heaven because malls and restaurants were 5 minutes of the hotel.

The keys didn't work. Had to keep going to get new keys for room after 2 full days of shopping 🛍. I can't stress enough that there was not enough parking and renovations were also being done and the contractors were taking about 4-5parking spots at one time. Also didn't like that the windows didn't open. I love to get a breeze when I wake up and going to bed.

I was visiting for a doctors appointment and it was close and affordable. It also had lots of USB ports and plugins.

It did not have a complimentary breakfast. Also, I booked through Booking and prepayed. When I got there. I was asked for $15 more. It was refunded, but it was still unexpected.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff made me feel welcome with their friendliness and professionalism. The room was spotless, very comfortable, clean, and quiet.

The Staff was excellent. The Front Desk person, Art, was phenomenal. I had a family emergency and he helped me to figure out things and made my life so much easier. I couldn't Thank him enough. He went above and beyond to help me and my elderly mother. Excellent Customer Service!

The grounds could be kept a little nicer. Rooms should be reviewed periodically. My toilet seat was loose and a light was out in the bathroom. I forgot to tell the front desk. The room isn't very well lit. The bed was a bit worn.

Super clean, helpful staff.

Ac was struggling to cool the room, and it was during some very hot days, but it stayed comfortable. We wished bathroom had an overhead light as the vanity lights make the shower a little dark.

Tournel was very friendly and helpful! All the staff was but he smiled and made you feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and the pillows and beds very comfortable!
