The Location was good. Breakfast was above average for a complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was high quality.

The TV was NOT on a swivel so could not be turned to watch the set either from the bed or the couch. They need to correct this. The lighting in the room could have been better. It would have been nice if there were paper and pen to write with in the room. There could have been more storage space to put clothes in. There was no closet.

Great location, free breakfast was an added bonus. Friendly and professional staff.

Given this is a pet friendly hotel we highly suggest that the hotel reserve specific floors for a more pleasant stay for travelers who are allergic to dogs. The hotel should be listed as pet friendly which also helps us in our selection of hotels.

Customer service was excellent. I called early morning to see if I can check in early. They were able to make that happen. The hotel was clean, fresh coffee and cookies during all hours. Breakfast was yummy and lots of choices.

I only have a concern, elevators have expired. That will need to be checked.

This is a fine point, but the bottom of the bath/shower sill outside had a layer of dirt on it....... This could have been easily cleaned with a rag or sponge. It's the little details that make a big difference....... this place didn't have the details down.

Breakfast was good altho I had to check out at 7am so didn't have much time to enjoy.

When I arrived to check in (around 7:30pm), I and another couple had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up at Front Desk/Lobby. I don't think it was the fault of the staff person but rather it was short-shaffed.

This beautiful new Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations. I have been looking forward to staying there since they opened and everything was very nice.

The only thing I could say was about the shower water it was not hot enough and the water pressure went up and down however the did not disturb my stay at all.

Location - We needed a place close to a family reunion and Tappahanock was within 20 minutes.

They are not pet friendly. There was no yogurt at breakfast. They need more staff at breakfast. They ran out of 2% milk and were out of sugar and cups at the coffee station in the breakfast area. We went to the lobby and found these items.

Facility was clean, rooms were modern and spacious Breakfast was pretty good wish the hot menu options were a little more varied

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The facility was clean, inviting, and newly renovated. We particulary loved the large smart tv greeting us in our room. We plan to stay again soon!

Nice size room accomadations. In the shower where the wall meets the base, It could be cleaned better. 2 ygd4

The parking spaces were too close. You had to squeeze out and not try to damage other residents cars.
