The staff were really nice. She was very conversant and approachable. Both elevators were not working and the entire 2nd floor of the hotel is under renovation. The staff told us they were supposed to call us a week before our trip to inform us about the elevators. We did not get any calls so the staff was apologetic and upgraded us to a suite on the 3rd floor ◡̈ Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast options were very limited. It was waffles, eggs and sausages and thats it 😅 If you have an event to the tacoma dome and hate driving or parking your car, then this hotel is in a very good location. But if you are also into quality and advanced hotel, then this is not the place. Other than that, i had a pleasant stay.

Very new, clean and secure! The parking garage was only accessible with a room key which was really nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Stayed a couple nights for Ateez and it was nice walking from the hotel to the dome and back!

Only one of the two elevators was working so it took a bit longer to get to our floor.

Clean, airy, new (recently totally refurbished, good value for money, breakfast included.

Parking was O.K. but a little confusing to get there. They are still re-opening the place and some of the parking signs were at odds from the reality e.g. park on levelb but actually level B was full of stuff and we parked on level A

There chair was broken and my daughter got hurt. Said they would refund us a night but we are still fighting with them to get it. The general manager refused to give us the owner information to solve this problem. The night staff was very kind and helped so much when she did get hurt though

The staff was very accommodating

There was suppose to be a full breakfast served but in the morning it was a bag breakfast we were very disappointed. No one told us this upon check in. I am a choice member and have stayed at comfort inn’s before and never had this happen was upset for lack of breakfast

if you are going to the tacoma dome for a concert, the location could not be better. perfect for us travelling by train.

the rooms are a little tired, run down and could do with updating but everything is there and the beds are clean so it isn't the end of the world

Convenient to public transport so can get around downtown Tacoma. Although there was occasional train noises, room was generally well insulated.

No grocery store within easy walking distance.

Very comfortable beds, clean room, spacious, the breakfast was amazing-so many choices. We needed to be close to the Tacoma Dome and it was out the front door.

TV was fuzzy but we didn't watch it much.

it was clean and comfortable. A little dated and the maintenance work wasn’t the finest but totally on par. (Better craftsmen typically start their own business) There was some transients in the neighborhood but where are they not and nowhere on the property. I would stay there again and the prices were very appealing. I had friends stay blocks away who almost paid double.

We've stayed at this location several times for two main reasons: value and location. The stay is significantly cheaper than staying at a Hilton or Marriot, but it's still nice. It offers free breakfast in the morning (not continental, but a real breakfast), and even has its own bar if you want a drink in the evenings. The second advantage this property has is location. It's right next to the Tacoma Dome, and a block from the train station (local and Amtrak). Restaurants and clubs are a bit farther, but it is close to downtown without being on a busy street.

Parking is limited. There is plenty of it, but the parking right next to the hotel is limited. Tacoma is known for its homeless population and it's best to park your car where you/others can see it from the rooms. To its credit, the hotel has its own security guard, who occasionally makes rounds outside.
