A Delightful Stay With Comfort, Cleanliness, and Top-Notch Service" We recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Woodland Inn. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were greeted with warmth and professionalism from the moment we walked in, setting the tone for a delightful stay. The cleanliness of the motel was impeccable. Our room was clean, inviting, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of travel. The attention to detail in the room's upkeep was evident, contributing significantly to our comfort and relaxation. On top of this, the safety and security of the parking area for our car was reassuring. Knowing your vehicle is safe while traveling is always a relief. Additionally, the amenities provided, especially the breakfast, were fantastic. It was a delightful way to start our day. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely caring and helpful, making us feel valued and well taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend the Best Western Woodland Inn to anyone looking for a stay that combines the comfort of home with the luxury of excellent service and amenities. The room was great. Bed was comfortable, AC worked and was not loud, small refrigerator and coffee pot were available. Breakfast was available and enough of a variety to get you started for the day. Staff was friendly and outgoing. Indoor swimming pool for all weather enjoyment. I will be back to this hotel when I return to Woodland WA.

As with most hotels, all rooms are not necessarily accommodating to those with disabilities. An accessible room was not available when I made my reservation and checking in when I arrived. The standard room was very workable except for the bathroom. Big enough but - Handrails need to be in ALL bathrooms so people can hold on when stepping over the tub. As well, it would be nice if ALL toilets were higher with oblong seats - not low and streamline - for those who are disabled as well as those who are "oversized".

Room was big with everything you could need including a microwave. Beds were firm with a nice pillow top which is what I like. Room was very clean! Free breakfast was nice.

Only issue was tub/shower faucet didn't seal completely in shower position so shower pressure was a little low but this was minor

The young man at the front desk, Frank, was excellent. He greeted us warmly and did his best to a confidante our request to move to an upper. When asked for recommendations for dinner, he gave us an excellent restaurant. The whole experience was great.

I liked the greeting from Amy who was very friendly yet professional. The room was large but cozy. I slept like a baby. Before I left in the morning, we had breakfast which was very good and an excellent variety of food.

My wife said the eggs should have been scrambled.

The rooms were nice and put together. They were clean and comfortable. I stayed in another hotel in Seattle and it was horrible. Amy at the front desk was very nice to the bridal party and family. We could get a little rowdy but I would stay at a Best Western again!!

I wish it was a little bigger with a conference or meeting room.

Hot breakfast everyday was very good. Nice selections of food. The location was very convenient. Room was very quiet and very clean Would stay there again.

Parking lot was very small and very crowded at night. At times it was difficult to find a place to park. Lots of large trucks and some with trailers took extra spaces.

Very clean! Staff was excellent. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Loved the cookies and breakfast was excellent.

Water pressure was horrible in shower. Took forever to get warm, and wasn’t strong enough to get shampoo out of my hair 😳

Breakfast was typical Best Western fare - scrambled eggs, thin bacon, cottage potatoes, waffles (strawberries were available), biscuits, muffins, juices, coffee/tea. It was okay.

We brought our dog and noticed that the grassy area outside the dog-people hallway had doggy doo all over the place. We always bring bags to clean up after our dog, but evidently, other people don't. Having bags available for use outside would have been a nice feature; maybe other people would've noticed.

The employees were super helpful and friendly, fresh, warm baked cookies available, excellent areas outside to potty my pup, ample space in the room, great location and overall great value. I would definitely stay here again!

I wish the other people staying in the hotel would pick up after their own dogs. I managed to pick up over 10 piles of poo that weren't mine. Other than that, I didn't really have anything else I didn't like about my accommodations.
