I truly appreciate the staff at Quality Inn. They went above and beyond and you can tell they care about their customers. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the property, it was discovered that Booking.Com had royally messed up my reservation causing frustration and confusion that led me to tears. The staff quickly did everything they could to ease the frustration and help resolve Booking.com's problem. For that I am truly grateful. Unfortanetly I am still trying receive any contact from Booking.Com to try and rectify the situation. And take reponsibility for the error.

The staff was very responsive to any concerns we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable with new furniture and what appeared to be new bedding. First impression when walking into the room was, "This is nice!" It was a pleasant surprise. (We have had some bad experiences with budget hotels/motels in the recent past.)

We would have liked more fruit and protein options for breakfast. There were also dead bugs and dust inside some of the lights and some cobwebs in the breakfast area but that is easily fixable. We were able to go out for food if we wanted so it wasn't much of an issue. The toilet seat was pretty flimsy as well, lol. It might have been a problem if we were obese... None of these things were deal breakers and all in all we were pleased with our stay and will be staying here again.

The tub was small but completely awesome. The bed was soft and firm and the complex was fun and Great 👍 nice staffing they helped and was helpful. I thought that they had taken the 100 refundable deposit but they hadn't. The morning breakfast was yummy and it all was very fresh and a lot ! The gravy and biscuits were fabulous!

There wasn't a hot tub 😔 but the pool was heated ❤️

Our room was clean & beds very comfortable. T.V. and internet all worked great with no issues. Breakfast is the usual hotel type, hot and good, nice selection.

I was bummed to find out that the hot tub had been filled in with concrete due to a pipe leakage. Too bad it couldn't have been fixed instead so that guests could enjoy a hot tub.

Super clean. After experiences with other hotels in the area, I was not expecting the room to be so thoroughly taken care of. If you worry about stray hairs, random fluids, or bed bugs this is the hotel to stay at because you won't find them here!

The staff at this hotel blew me away. Liz, Lori...I'm forgetting someone else, sorry!. They went above and beyond and I couldn't have been more grateful. Really, they're 5 star people. Also, the bed was the best. Honestly! I'm not a huge fan of all the new foam/gel type beds and this was a good, old fashioned, soft meets firm comfy ideal. I would absolutely stay again.

Good location, plenty of options for breakfast, friendly staff, and very clean.

I would have liked larger pillows, but I had 4, so it wasn't bad.

Quiet and comfortable. First floor room was great. Breakfast was good. The staff has been wonderful both times we stayed there. The beds are comfortable and enough towels and pillows for 2 in a room for 4. (I always need an extra towel for my hair and pillow: didnt have trouble getting them in the king room last time.) Right next door to a convenience store. Very convenient. :) love that its pet friendly. Got a couple of nice puppy dog fixes. Also forgot a kind of expensive item: it had been turned into lost and found. Went back to retro it. Still wonderful staff!

Room smelled a little funky this time. Still no bathroom fan: not a change but always a disappointment. Snort. A bit far to walk to a restraunt if you had limitations but we have found the local mom and pop pizza joint: its great and theres delivery from the usual sources.

The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, it had a working tv, and breakfast was well maintained. I loved the person at the desk when we checked in.

I don't have anything bad to say.
