Ruby was very friendly and kind helping myself and other guests have information we asked for about surrounding places as well as just general conversation and kindness.

Wonderful lady at the front desk. Room is spacious. And water pressure for shower was good.would definitely come back.

Not a big deal: for a reservation of 4 we would loved 4 big towels.

I thought it was a bit high of a price point compared to what they were offering but that's beyond my control $130 a night for a room that's really not that special is a bit frustrating when I could rent a room with a spa tub in Portland that's updated and renovated for $98 a night

Staff was super helpful and accommodating to extra needs. Efficient on fixing things if I noticed it needed attention. Anna her mother and Eric were all three very friendly and helpful.

It's just a Ross the street from the hospital.so if there was an emergency calling for an ambulance then you could hear the sirens more then usual but other then that it was fine.

Location, the staff were polite and the bedding was clean and room was tidy.

The bathrooms were a tad ghetto. Better towels would have been a good accommodation maybe.

Ruby accommodated all me needs since I was riding a bicycle .

The room was clean, but I did find a little bit of candy rapper and on the floor next to the bed.

Your staff went out of their way to accomodate my needs as a disabled person with one on one attention to my needs including turning on the heat in my room so it was comfortable when I arrived. She also helped with directions to the event I was attending.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

I enjoyed it didn't want to and it wanted to still be there again sure wish I had another night or two
