It was easy to check in. The room keys were easy to use. The room was clean. The TV had good channels. Plenty of hot water. The breakfast was basic but well done. Sort of like an Amy chow hall. Plenty of parking. I really did not get a chance to explore the pool or the jacuzzi. They had a cooler where you could buy a beer by the front desk and take them back to your room.

The box where the phone line feeds into the wall was wrecked and the phone non-functional. There were a couple times I wanted to call the front desk but didn't bother because I didn't want to walk down. The bar is only open on the weekends. The shower curtain bar was angled poorly so the curtain kept sliding open and there were the beginnings of mold build up on the ceiling. There was only one chair, so you really had nowhere for a guest to sit. My room faced the sun so you could see all the places where the window curtain was wearing through.

We had a after midnight check in and there was someone at the desk 24 hrs. so that was nice and the best thing of all besides the breakfast was the noon check out. We were even able to extend it to 12:30 because we got in so late. I thought that was really cool! Most places check out is at 11AM. The room was quiet and comfortable. Another thing was, I lost my card key for the room, and they didn't even charge me.

There was no instruction for the TV, I'm not real experienced on the clickers. Other than that, nothing.

I loved the location. Restaurants, coffee stands, freeway, and gas very close by. Easy to get in and out of parking lot. The staff was super nice.

I didn't like the fact that there was no wheelchair ramp to the door closest to our room. I had to lift my wife's chair over a curb. Also, the Key cards stopped working on the access door over an hour before we had to check out and even after getting the card reprogrammed, it still didn't work. I needed a fully accessible ADA room and the door we were told to use wasn't wheelchair accessible. Also, the room really needed to be cleaned much better. There was food and clothes left from the previous guest.

The pool was nice. Great location for my event. Some staff were friendly some were not still ok stay. Food service staff on my stay was awesome.

I have no real dislikes to elaborate on. Love the old style structure in side. Room 101 has a major interior leak from wall be side tub. I reported Friday, Saturday night. Saturday night I took a picture n showed the nite clerk an it was not written down or logged upon check out. All in all satisfied. Perfect for my event.

Large complex with a nice size court yard with 2 Swimming pools and a hot tub, plus a gazebo with chairs and a bench swing. This property has alot of potential just needs a few updates.

Linens and Floor weren't properly cleaned but the room was clean. Window in the room opens but the open portion is level with the floor and there's a hole in the screen (maybe a good doggie door to enter the courtyard?)

Staff remembers were all awesome except the one desk person with the 1in long fake eyelashes could smile more and tone of voice a little kinder. Wasn't very welcoming. 2nd day there wasn't any sausage or bacon for breakfast at 9 also only 3 slices of bread to pick from. No forks

I liked that they had an early check-in for no extra cost. The breakfast was great and the hours for breakfast are amazing because it accommodates everyone’s schedule

The room was very nice, although all of the hallway smelt really bad like cat pee. The bar was closed. The pool was closed. No elevator .The restaurant was not up and running other than breakfast but other than that everything was great. It was quiet.

Beds were really comfortable. Nice bedding, clean and customer service at check-in was awesome. She changed my room location when I asked for something close to the door , so my husband wouldn’t have to far to walk. I had to change the type of room to get closer to the entrance

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I like that it's close to the freeway and it's quiet.

The hair dryer in my room, room 202, didn't work. And the sink didn't drain very well. In addition, I know the room includes breakfast which I never eat even though I'm paying for, it. Would be nice if there was a charge that didn't include breakfast.

Could be a little better about being on top of breakfast hadnto wait about an hour for them to bring out more food but it was a. Busy weekend for them ...mmmmm... worst thing I can say about the place grounds in the morning coffee But all in all with what the staff was having to in regards to the ratio of people that were in their business and establishment I think they did very well I can't complain and I would definitely stay there and recommend anybody who is in Kelso Washington to stay at Kelso
