I loved the views they were priceless! And I loved the view from the dining room and how the breakfast was different everyday!

I didn’t like that the dining room was dirty and the attendant wasn’t cleaning even though she was downstairs…. Also they only come and make your bed every other day and they didn’t even change the sheets..

It was beautiful. The breakfast could be accessed until 10am which helped a late sleeper like me. The breakfast food was great and there was a large variety. It was also dog friendly for our girls. Thank you for a great memory!

I can't think of a thing I didn't like

Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

Handicap rooms need to be closer to the elevator on 2nd floor and above. Unless they're being pushed in a wheelchair, physically handicapped people can't walk the long hallway.

The lobby was extremely cozy & inviting, very festive decor for the holidays! The room was spacious.

The bedroom doors slam and are so loud! The door doesn’t fit the doorway, which is the problem. In addition, the beds are wildly uncomfortable.

The room was large and with lots of outlets in useful places. There were also several usable drawers. The A/C worked very well. And there was plenty of parking.

We were supposed to have opted for daily housekeeping,, but had to ask for it each time. In the bathroom the sink would not drain and the toilet paper holder was broken. Breakfast was mediocre.

The property was very clean and smelled fresh all the time. The staff was very pleasant all the time. That includes housekeeping staff.

I do not like way the change the price each day for my room. First day was the lowest price and each day it went up from there. I made my reservations in six months in advance. That is not right. When I made the reservation they never broke the pricing down, they just gave me a total. If I would have known that, I would have looked elsewhere. I was not very happy with this.

Beds were was to soft and went to use the in room coffee pot still had a used pod in it was gross and butter packets were rock solid if they are pure butter they can be set out for days make big difference buttering toast and waffles

The location, that the pool was working for our kiddos to play after playing in the heat from a baseball game and the room was very spacious and lots of room, the lady at the front desk was super nice and took care of us very well

Didn't have any disappointment

Breakfast was very good. Conor at the front desk was friendly and informative. Comfortable beds and clean room. Convenient location away from noise.

Very expensive for one night's stay! Over $200 is quite a lot.

It was our family vacation. We took mountain view room on 4th floor. Absolutely wonderful view. Room was spacious and clean. Hand sanitizer was at every floor. Good hot breakfast. Location is great. A perfect place for a deep quiet sleep. On the other hand, fast foods, restaurants, and Walmart are not that far. We took a mountain train trip (Durbin Rocket) which is around 45 minutes drive from the hotel.
