My first time staying at a Microtel. Boy was I surprised! So clean, nice and modern. I was there on Thanksgiving and the staff were so friendly. Most of all I appreciated the cleanliness! Wow! My cousin stayed there too and we told all of out other cousins that it was a great p,ace to stay.

Mud in the parking lot but what could you do.

Breakfast was good, We picked up muffins, juice, and milk.

Our Problem is towels, they never come in to make sure we have washed clothes and towels for the next day. We usually stay for 4 or 5 days. I know they like to be tipped on room service but I do not feel they are doing the job when You have to go downstairs for towels and wash clothes at night when you come back in after the day. We will be back after Father's Day. Please let us know what maybe we need to d to be better for everyone. Thank you!

It was ok. Needed more healthy choices and choices for people with allergies and health issues.

New carpet, lower water pressure in shower and better drainage, perfume and dye free soaps that are not smelly, bigger trash cans, frig with freezer, larger microwave, smokers right outside the door as you come out.

The room was clean and there was plenty of parking.

Our room was right next to the lobby and at 2-2:30am 2 staff members was having a very loud conversation that I could hear every.single.word. I thought they must have been right in front of our door so I got up to ask them to move or be quiet but they was in the lobby and I didn’t want to leave my room to ask them to quiet down. They talked for about a hour. The breakfast was mediocre but was able to grab something to eat.

Close to amenities. Restaurants, gas stations, Walmart etc. Extended hours for breakfast which had a very decent assortment of options.

No hot tub or pool

Room was comfortable, many outlets and soft lightning available, clean, comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

The location of our room was close to fire exit stairwell, there isn't a slow close on door, so whenever anyone used stairs, the door slammed shut, a little disruptive when trying to sleep

The manager was helpful and very nice ! The breakfast area was very clean and lots of choices. Liked having fresh coffee and having creamer choices. Very friendly staff . The room was super clean and we love the bed , super comfortable! Plus as a licensed professional I really was happy to see Matrix products for the shower !

Pool was awesome! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! Will definitely being staying at this property again in the near future!

clean, up to date

the wifi sucks & the tv would constantly be loading for a minimum of 5 minutes at a time. there was also only about 15 local channels to choose from.
