Location, clean, quiet and comfortable. and love that you accept pets.

After staying at several of your locations and our second time at this location. WE WERE CHARGED WITH OUR ESA! Was not charged upon check-in and animal was present/visible and I filled out the form for her (wasn't trying to hide her) next to me! The charge came out our deposit. The fee has always been waved as I am disabled and yes, I have documentation for her always with me. Just thought it was rather rude! Associate was rather rude and bad attitude. I know we should be grateful you accept pets, and we are very grateful. It's just how it was handled.

We love all the My Places. We have never had a bad experience yet. We wish we could come across more of this hotel chain with our travels. Clean, comfortable beds, pet friendly IS THE BEST. We travel with our k-9 companion and love it. Staff is pleasant wherever we have gone (mostly Indiana on our way home from Branson). The outdoor cooking facility is very nice. I'm sure those Packer fans love it as-well! LOL Our stay was very quiet. I was worried about the ballpark right across the street when we arrived, and it was loud. Thought we made a mistake with this hotel, but it was nice. We didn't even hear any activity (noise).

That we had to leave. LOL

It’s convenient to get to from the freeway, and in a good location to drive downtown quickly. I’ve stayed here twice while travelling back down to Illinois from up north, and both times the desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the value was very good. Despite it being an extended stay hotel, I never had any problems with noise from other guests.

This time around the bathroom smelled a little musty, but was clean otherwise. Also be aware that there is a baseball stadium across the street, so there will be noise when a game is going on.

There were regular full-size pillows, unlike most hotels that give you tiny, flat usless ones. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean! My daughter forgot her cell phone in the room, we returned to the hotel and the staff was very helpful in helping find it.

It's always nice to have a pool to give the kids something to do, but this hotel didn't have one.

Perfect location. Walked to the Capital credit union park right across the street. Full size fridge was a bonus. Comfy bed & nice black out shade.

There is an ice maker in the room but it takes to long to make ice. No ice machine available. Bring ice if you need it right away.

Great location. Walking distance to Lambeau and Resch and right across the street from the Green Bay Rockers baseball field. The property seemed clean and well kept.

Pillows were very uncomfortable so didn’t sleep well and body wash and shampoo in shower were empty.

Very clean, exceptionally quiet, (although there is a stadium across the street—nothing was going on when we were there). Location avoids downtown Green Bay. Very competent and accommodating staff

“Room Service” Breakfast is laughable. 8+ dollars for fast food burrito or cereal and beverage. They do not guarantee availability of your choices. They should just stop advertising breakfast and just let folks pay for what they want from the snack area. Should have bars in the shower for us old folks.

The location was awesome. Close to Lambeau, we were there to do the 5k. The entire hotel was very clean, that is my main perk I look for! And that it was brand new made it even nicer. We took advantage of the outdoor seating space. We didn't cook out but it was a nice place to sit with friends and enjoy the beautiful evening even with a little rain.

A continental breakfast would have been the icing on the cake, but we made do. Didn't have time for "breakfast in bed".

It was a comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly and visited with us. The room was comfortable. Nothing fancy but clean and the beds were comfortable. Did ask about breakfast and it was frozen food to heat in the microwave. We passed on the breakfast. Not sure if it was included in the price of the room or extra.

Very clean, spacious place easy to find your way around.

The only complaint I really had is the side door didn’t always work it would work one time and not the next it was very on and off.
