I stayed in a King suite and the bed was very comfortable! The AC worked great, there was plenty of TV stations to choose from, the mini fridge was plugged in and ready to go. There was a pool and hot tub, I unfortunately did have time to use either, but both were up and running. Typical hotel breakfast!

It was nice and quiet. We would've liked to have went swimming but too many people at 9:30pm when the pool closes at 10.

We're smokers so we went outside several times and several times we come back to our room and all we could smell was pot in the hallway.

Breakfast had good options. Lots of yogurt and oranges

Sausage and eggs were a little too salty but otherwise good flavor. Coffee could be stronger. It might be good to have a gluten free bread or bagel.

Staff is friendly. Facility is older but clean. Breakfast options were decent and tasty.

We have stayed here several times before and unfortunately they still haven’t gotten their hot tub fixed

Not a big problem, but the sink seemed low and the toilet paper almost out of reach.

The price, maybe the cheapest hotel in west bend. Great cable .the shower is nice plenty of towels. A mini fridge and a microwave too.

The hot breakfast is not so hot .the candies vendors machine didn't hav5 much to offer. It a bit far from the center of town.

Breakfast not so good but adequate quantity of choices. Room met my needs, had a nice recliner. Nothing glamorous but I was traveling for a class and good value.

Coffee was pretty low quality.
